Soil, Diatomaceous Earth, Clay, Slate, Shale Or Rock Containing Or Material For Treating Soil Or Earth (e.g., Soil Stabilization, Etc.) Patents (Class 106/702)
  • Patent number: 11618844
Abstract: The invention provides a high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry and a production method thereof. The high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of an oil well Portland cement, 60-85 parts of a high temperature reinforcing material, 68-80 parts of fresh water, 1-200 parts of a density adjuster, 0.1-1.5 parts of a suspension stabilizer, 0.8-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 3-4 parts of a fluid loss agent, 0-3 parts of a retarder and 0.2-0.8 part of a defoamer. The high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry has a good sedimentation stability at normal temperature, and develops strength rapidly at a low temperature. The compressive strength is up to 40 MPa or more at a high temperature of 350° C., and the long-term high-temperature compressive strength develops stably without degradation.

  • Patent number: 8470087
Abstract: The present invention relates to a production method for a lightweight construction material using asbestos waste, and more specifically to a production method for a lightweight construction material using asbestos waste in which the production takes place with the addition of loess, silicon carbide, a zeolite and half silty clay to asbestos waste, and relates to a lightweight construction material produced thereby. By adding silicon carbide, loess, a zeolite and half silty clay to asbestos waste, the present invention has the advantageous effect that construction materials can be made lighter in weight without the asbestos component being detected, and an environmentally friendly lightweight construction material can be produced which has outstanding strength, thermal insulation properties, forming properties, water-absorbing power and water-retaining ability.

  • Patent number: 8337612
Abstract: Disclosed are a system, a method and/or composition of environment friendly composite construction material. In one aspect, a method includes providing a mixture of a pozzolanic material and/or a kaolin clay with an activator solution to form an alumino-silicate cementitious material through a resulting geo-polymerization process. The alumino-silicate cementitious material is in the form of a paste. The method also includes processing the alumino-silicate cementitious material to transform the alumino-silicate cementitious material that is in the form of the paste to a form of a powder of the alumino-silicate cementitious material. The method further includes mixing the alumino-silicate cementitious material which is in the form of the powder with water to control a workability of the alumino-silicate cementitious material.

  • Patent number: 5614452
Abstract: Asbestos cement may be converted to a harmless product by melting at a melt temperature of 1400.degree. to 1700.degree. C. a blend of 50 to 85% by weight asbestos cement with 15 to 50% by weight of additives that include naturally occurring silicate material such that the total blend has a CaO content of not more than 50%. The melt is discharged from the furnace, cooled and solidified and may be used as aggregate or, generally after solidification as regular units, may be used as part or all of the charge for producing MMV fibre material. It is of particular value for the production of man made vitreous fibre material that has low alumina content and is soluble in lung fluids.
