The organizer uses integral press-fit clamp members that capture the bed rail to securely hold the assemblies to the bed rail. In certain embodiments, the organizers may take the form of a unitary rail caddy for holding various personal items, such as telephones and remote controls. In other embodiments, the organizers may take the form of a modular tray and caddy assembly with interchangeable components, such as mounting bases, tray tops and accessory holders.

Abstract: The laptop stand may comprise a laptop platform, a support leg, a first platform retainer, and a second platform retainer. The laptop stand may detachably couple to a work area and may be operable to support a laptop computer while the laptop computer is being used. The laptop stand may thus allow the laptop computer to be conveniently accessed in an environment where no horizontal surfaces are available upon which the laptop computer may be placed. The first platform retainer and the second platform retainer may detachably couple to the work area to support the rear of the laptop platform. The support leg may extend down from the front of the laptop platform to support the front of the laptop platform in a horizontal orientation. The laptop computer may be placed upon the laptop platform once the laptop platform is horizontally oriented.

Abstract: A ladder tree stand raising apparatus for raising a ladder tree stand into position adjacent to a tree. The apparatus comprising an elongated member, a first lateral member, and a second lateral member. The elongated member having a first end and a second end. The first end of the elongated member is connectable to the tree. The first lateral member is connected to the second end of the elongated member. The second lateral member is connected to the elongated member and spaced a distance from the first lateral member. The second lateral member has at least one arm having a substantially U-shaped configuration. The at least one arm is engageable with a rung of the ladder tree stand. An open end of the at least one arm extends away from the second lateral member.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet defining a storage compartment, a sliding shelf configured to discharge forward from the compartment, a folding shelf configured to, based on rotation of the folding shelf, switch positions between a first position in which the folding shelf is disposed along a plane of the sliding shelf and a second position in which the folding shelf is disposed transverse to the plane, a hinge unit configured to couple the folding shelf to a side surface of the compartment, a rotation stopper located on the side surface and configured to resist rotation of the folding shelf, and a supporter that is configured to support the folding shelf based on the folding shelf being disposed at the first position and that includes a protrusion at a bottom surface of the folding shelf, and a press portion at the hinge unit and configured to press the protrusion.

Abstract: A modular, easily constructible exercise assembly providing pull-up type exercise routines is disclosed. This particular solution is designed to be secured to a stationary upright object, or anchor. The unique construction of the exercise assembly can be broken down into base components to conveniently fit into a back pack. Its specific structure and design is optimized to limit wear and material failure. Additionally, adjustability is provided to various components as detailed herein. For example, an exercise bar can articulate at different angles and extend and lengthen as selected by a user. Also, a securing bar is adjustable for coupling the exercise assembly to different sized stationary objects.

Abstract: A portable desk tray table, which has at least one clamp assembly, a frame assembly, and a table assembly. The at least one clamp assembly has an upper jaw and a lower jaw. The frame assembly has an upper rod, a lower rod, and first and second laterals rods with respective table supports. The at least one clamp assembly is mounted onto the frame assembly. The frame assembly further has a collapsible bracket coupled to the lower rod. The table assembly has an upper face and a lower face and is coupled to the frame assembly through the table supports. The lower face has first and second sets of tension holders to secure the collapsible bracket. The table assembly is collapsible and the at least one clamp assembly mounts onto an elongated structure which is secured by the upper jaw and the lower jaw.

Abstract: A shelf attachment for use with a beach or lounge chair is formed of one-piece or has a first shelf half and a second shelf half hingedly and foldably connected to the first shelf half. An elongated member extends through interlocking projections extending from the first shelf half and from the second shelf half to hingedly connect the first and second shelf halves. A first clamp assembly is secured to the first shelf half and a second clamp assembly is secured to the second shelf half to mount the shelf to the rail of a chair.

Abstract: A cat perch has a first set of suction cups. Each of the suction cups has a nipple with a hole extending through the nipple. A shelf has a first edge and a second edge. The first edge has a pin that extends through the hole in the nipple of one of the first set of suction cups. A set of straps extend from the second edge of the shelf to a second set of suction cups. Because the shelf is connected to the suction cups by a pin extending through the hole in the nipple of the suction cup, the shelf can be folded up and out of the way.

Abstract: A cover device useful for hunting is disclosed. The device includes a deployable canopy including canopy fabric, a plurality of ribs providing structure to the canopy fabric, and a bracket. The bracket includes a bracket axle connecting with each of the ribs, wherein the axle permits the ribs to alternatively be arranged in a deployed state with the ribs fanned out and stretching the canopy fabric and a collapsed state with the ribs being in a parallel configuration. The device further includes a gripping plate configured to be attached to a post.

Abstract: The desk extension is quickly and conveniently attached and removed from the edge of a desk or table to provide additional surface area for the user. The desk extension has two parallel panels or levels when deployed to maximize the available area. The two panels are held parallel to one another when deployed, and one panel folds into a recess in the bottom of the other panel for storage when not in use. A clamp mechanism includes two folding clamps that are pivoted beneath the upper plate of the clamp assembly for compact storage when not in use. The clamp mechanism is pivotally attached to the edges of the lower panel to position the two panels horizontally when the extension is attached to a sloped surface, or to position the two panels at an oblique angle, if desired.

Abstract: Tree stands are disclosed for providing an elevated standing location. The tree stand can include a support post, a seat rotatably coupled to the first end of the support post, and a platform rotatably coupled to the second end of the support post. The platform can rotate from a transport configuration to an operable configuration. The platform in the operable configuration is approximately perpendicular to the support post. The platform has a tree contact point positioned above a plane of the platform when the platform is in the horizontal position. The platform can comprise a plurality of hexagons with groups of three hexagons intersecting at a point and forming a honeycomb pattern defining a top standing surface on which a hunter can stand. The contact point is configured to create an over-center locking action. The tree stand can also include a stackable ladder coupled to the platform.

The work bench can be collapsed from an extended position to a stowed position coplanar with the elongate members. The elongate members each have longitudinally spaced notches. A bracing member is provided with a pair of trunnion members that extend from the bracing member and are releasably pivotably coupled to a pair of notches in respective of the pair of elongate members; the bracing member further having a distal end for releasably engaging the working surface of the work bench. When in the extended position, the distal end of the bracing member releasably engages the work bench to support the work bench; when in the collapsed position the work bench overlays the bracing assembly.

Abstract: An apparatus attachable to a barricading structure and method for providing an activity surface are provided. The barricading structure may be, for example, a railing. The apparatus comprises a mountable backsplash attached to the barricading structure, a foldable support platform attached to the mountable backsplash via multiple connectors, and a locking system for locking the mountable backsplash to the barricading structure. The foldable support platform comprises a first inlay fitted into a support structure for providing an activity surface to hold objects. The connectors are accommodated in slots provided on the mountable backsplash. The accommodated connectors are hinged to the mountable backsplash using a hinge pin to facilitate pivotal connection of the foldable support platform to the mountable backsplash. The apparatus may comprise leg supports for supporting weight of the foldable support platform. The apparatus is made of a weather resistant material and a heat resistant material.

Abstract: A peripheral device support assembly. The peripheral device support assembly includes two detachable armrest and support tray adapted to be attached to each arm of an office chair. The detachable armrest and support tray includes a mount for securing the armrest support unit to a chair arm and a first portion hingedly attached to the mount for allowing the first portion to swivel in relation to the mount. The detachable armrest and support tray also includes a second portion pivotally connected to the second portion such that the first portion folds back over a second portion for storage. A tray spans the distance between the second portion of each detachable armrest and support tray to provide additional workspace.

Abstract: A fold-up platform, which can function as a tray table, is mounted to the back of the front seat in any transportation vehicle and is self-suspending. The portable unit is suspended by first being attached to each support post of the front seat head rest and then hooked to the bottom of the seat frame at a point above the seat adjustment tracts on both the left and the right side with hooks attached to straps which are then pulled snug on the back of a seat by using tension devices on the straps. The mounting straps are reinforced with a mounting skeleton frame along the straps with fabric stitched to the frame and straps to keep the structure from twisting. The tray platform is made in two pieces so that it can be folded and then rotated into its storage position when not in use. The platform tray is made in two pieces by using a stiff flat material that is then covered with a soft padding material and enclosed in fabric.

Abstract: A laundry center has a plurality of grooved vertical posts connecting together a top storage shelf and a middle snake wire frame. Plural sorting sacks are attached to the middle snake wire frame by ties. A height-adjustable, downwardly foldable ironing board is secured to two of the grooved vertical posts. Because the ironing board must be pulled up to be used, no one is injured when the ironing board is disengaged from its stored position.

Abstract: A tray assembly for mounting on the back of a first seat, such as a front seat of a car, that is disposed substantially in front of a second seat, such as a back seat of a car, to permit a user to sit on the second seat and utilize the tray assembly. The tray assembly includes first and second inverted generally U-shaped hooks. Each of the hooks has first and second legs. Each of the first legs extends along a front face of the first seat and each of the second legs extends along the rear face of the seat back of the first seat. First and second laterally spaced cross members extend between the second legs of the first and second inverted generally U-shaped members along the rear face of the first seat.

Abstract: A truck catwalk system for allowing an individual to easily access the interior of a truck box. The inventive device includes a pair of support brackets, at least one pivot bracket, a pair of chains attached to the support brackets, a catch mechanism pivotally attached to one of the support brackets, a platform pivotally attached to the support brackets and catchably engaged by the catch mechanism, a handle attached to the platform, and a ladder attached to the platform and the truck box. The platform is comprised of a flat rectangular surface attached to the truck box by pivotal brackets. The support brackets are attached to the truck box to support the weight of the platform. The chains help to support the outer edge of the platform furthest from the box. The handle is utilized to lower and raise the platform. In an alternative embodiment, a pair of gears are attached to the handle and the platform wherein the gears are mechanically engaged with one another.

Abstract: A support apparatus for portable computers utilizes a plurality of legs removably coupled to a pedestal that incorporates a storage compartment within which the plurality of removable legs may be stored when not in use. By incorporation of a storage compartment within the pedestal, the overall bulk of the support apparatus is reduced, and furthermore, the removable legs are retained in such a manner that all components of the support apparatus can be transported as a unit.

Abstract: A fully collapsible child's travel tray that fits closely to the child to prevent playthings or food from falling into the child's lap or to the floor of a vehicle in which the child is riding and restrained. The tray includes a bottom member and upstanding side walls, all of which include a rigid member encapsulated by a waterproof membrane. Hinges are formed in the bottom member and the upstanding walls to allow the tray to be collapsed and folded to a relatively small configuration for convenient storage. The tray includes a strap extending from the upstanding walls and sized to extend about the waist of a child and including a fastener to fasten the open ends of the strap about the child's waist.

Abstract: A folding table adapted to be hooked to the handrail of a vertical railing is disclosed herein. The table includes a pair of upright supports comprising adjustable hooks to allow for different widths of handrails. A table top is pivotally mounted, between the upright supports, to a bottom portion of the upright supports. The folding table also includes a vertical adjustment device to allow the levelling of the table regardless of the construction of the railing. A safety screen extending from the table top to the top of the upright supports, prevents objects from directly falling off the table.

Abstract: A portable shelf apparatus for a notebook computer adapted to be mounted on a stationary body such as a table having an edge in which a pair of folding supports each includes an elongated support arm and a hanger for suspending the support from the edge, the hanger and arm are joined by a support hinge, and a deck having opposite ends attached to the support arms for supporting the notebook computer thereon. Each end of the deck is either foldably attached to one of the support arms by an end hinge or slidably attached via a tongue and groove joint. The deck may also include at least two folding leaves joined by a central buttress hinge. The hanger is a generally U-shaped support device having an upper suspension member and a lower stabilizer member and an opening therebetween for receiving the table edge.

Abstract: A portable support stand having a platform for supporting the power tool or workpiece and brackets for releasably attaching the power tool to the platform. Right and left support arms are attached to the support stand for supporting the ends of the workpiece. An attachment mechanism connects the platform to a sawhorse so that the support arms are generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the saw horse. The method of the present invention is directed to attaching a portable support stand to a sawhorse for supporting a power tool and a workpiece. The portable support stand is engaged with the top member of the sawhorse so that the support arms are generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the top member. A power tool is then attached to the platform using the brackets provided.

Abstract: This car serving tray is designed to be supported quickly and easily to the dashboard of an automobile. Primarily, it consists of a rectangular panel having a pair of hooks on one edge that will engage with a pair of hinge rods mounted to the dashboard, and an adjustable brace rod is provided and engages with a dashboard mounted bracket for support of the rear portion of the panel.

Abstract: A portable working surface that can be suspended below the edge of a conventional table at a convenient height with a pair of hanger rods. Attached are two spaced pair of three arms adapted to be folded and stacked on the work surface which together with the hanger rods fit into a standard briefcase.

Abstract: A portable and collapsible travel tray assembly is provided for mounting in conjunction with a conventional automobile seat positioned to the front of the user of the tray and the seat of the user, particularly a child's car seat. The portable tray assembly comprises a rigid bottom panel member having front, back, and side portions. The bottom panel member is provided with a pair of opposing folding side panels which extend along the side portions of the bottom panel and above the plane of the bottom panel when in the unfolded position. The tray assembly also includes a front folding panel extending between the opposing side panels and along the front portion of the bottom panel and above the plane of said bottom panel. The folding side and front panels permit the tray to be converted from a stowed or collapsed position when the side and front panels are in the folded or stowed position to a position of use when in the unfolded position.

Abstract: A portable tree seat for hunters which includes a support arm which is pivotally attached to a tree clamp. The arm can be fixed in several rotatable positions with respect to the clamp. A seat is supported from a fork support which is adjustable along the arm at several positions for a horizontal position of the arm and at another position for a vertical position of the arm. The seat may be rotated with respect to the arm to several fixed positions.

Abstract: A readily transportable, foldable tree stand for hunters. The stand preferably comprises a first, lower frame member adapted to be unfolded for deployment as a foot rest, and a second, cooperating frame member pivotally coupled in offset relation to said first frame member. The stand may be suspended upon the trunk of a tree or similar vertical support by suitable brackets adapted to grasp an adjustable-length support chain which circumferentially, frictionally surrounds the tree trunk. The second frame member is adapted to assume a generally vertical position after unfolding to function as a back rest for the hunter when deployed. A pair of rigid, cooperating, lateral support struts extend diagonally at the sides of the tree stand between the first and second frame members. Each support strut is articulated, consisting of first upper portions pivotally connected to second lower portions.

Abstract: A household service tray device easily attached and removed from the arm of an article of furniture, by a clamping body securely held on and by the furniture arm. In one form, it provides a rotatable tray which, supported by the clamping body, swivels to provide an over-the-seat position and other positions, including one in which the tray automatically drops to a retracted and out-of-the-way position when not needed for use. In another form, an easily attachable table body provides an over-the-seat surface.

Abstract: A collapsible end table unit which, in collapsed condition, occupies a very narrow space alongside a chair or sofa and is steadied or anchored by engaging, by a base extension, the underframe of the chair or sofa. The table may be pulled lengthwise and pivotally mounted on either side of the unit as desired or slid along the unit to form a desk top,--or separated entirely from the unit. The table, therefore, can be used as an end table, coffee table, desk, bar, drafting table, etc. The unit includes storage space for magazines, newspapers, and the like, as well as a top support for ashtrays tablelamps and other accessories.

Abstract: An extension assembly adapted to be attached to a conventional work bench to permit elongated and bulky work pieces to be supported thereon. The extension assembly includes a horizontal member having a portion to be supported on the work bench and a vertical upright member, pivotally connected to the horizontal member, to support another portion. One or a plurality of extension assemblies may be selectably attachable to the work bench for effective use.

Abstract: A portable seat for hunters consisting of a vertical body to be placed on a tree trunk and held at the desired height by a chain having one end attached to one side of the body so that the other end may be wrapped around the tree and then removably attached to the other side of the body. A seat is hinged to the top of the body so that it can be folded into a closed position forming a flat package with all parts contained therein. When the seat is swung into open position it extends outwardly from the body into a horizontal position. A rigid non-extensible member is hinged to the underside of the seat so that it can be moved into a diagonal position with its free end engaging an abutment on the vertical body to form a strut or brace for the seat. The length of the brace and the location of the hinge are selected so that the brace is wholly within the package when the seat is moved to closed position and a spring bias is provided to keep the free end of the brace always in contact with the body.
