The top plate has a long side and a short side. Blocks included in the multiple blocks and disposed at the corners of the top plate each has a long side and a short side. The long side of each of the blocks included in the multiple blocks and disposed at the corners of the top plate is disposed along the short side of the top plate.

Abstract: Disclosed are a support unit and a floor plate. The support unit includes a first plate and a second plate which are spaced apart from each other, one end of the first plate is provided with a plurality of first ring walls at intervals, one end of second plate facing the first plate is provided with a plurality of second ring walls at intervals, the plurality of second ring walls are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first ring walls, each of the second ring walls is sleeved outside and matched with a respective one of the first ring walls to form a support structure that supports the first plate and the second plate.

Abstract: A nestable steel pallet, including a pallet assembly, a support assembly, and a nesting assembly. The pallet assembly includes a layer. The layer includes stiffening ribs enclosed in a pallet frame. The stiffening ribs are equidistantly separated defining slots. Cargo is fixed to said layer by tying straps in said stiffening ribs. The support assembly includes a load retainer to prevent cargo from shifting over the edges of said pallet. The load retainer extends upwardly from the edges of said layer. The nesting assembly includes stacking elements. The stacking elements extend downwards beneath said layer. The stacking elements are inserted in stacking elements of additional nestable steel pallets to nest a plurality of nestable steel pallets. The nestable steel pallet is formed through the metal stamping process.

Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic pallet comprising an upper part, which is provided with outer and central female foot parts, and runners, which are provided with outer and central male foot parts. When plugged together with the female foot parts, the male foot parts form foot elements, and the female foot parts of the upper part and the male foot parts of the runners can be secured by means of a snap-fit connection. The female foot parts have an outer wall which surrounds their respective male foot parts. The outer wall of the outer female foot part extends over the entire height of the outer male foot part such that the outer male foot parts of the runners can be completely slid into the outer female foot parts of the upper part in such a manner that the outer wall of the outer female foot part together with the runner forms a support surface.

Abstract: An aircraft panel assembly including a panel, a number of open-ended composite stringers, and a number of stringer end caps. Each stringer end cap covers an open end of one of the stringers and includes a base, a vertically extending wall, and an overlap section. The base is bonded to the panel near the open end of the stringer. The vertically extending wall is angled upward from the base and includes an upper periphery. The overlap section extends horizontally from the upper periphery and is bonded to the stringer near the open end of the stringer.

Abstract: Composite pallets and methods for making and using composite pallets are disclosed. An example composite pallet may include a base layer. The base layer may include a first base board, a second base board, and a cross-member extending between the first base board and the second base board. The cross-member may include a first end region designed to be detachably coupled to the first base board, a second end region designed to be detachably coupled to the second base board, and at least one curved section positioned between the first end region and the second end region. The cross-member may include a polymer. An intermediate layer may be coupled to the base layer. The intermediate layer may include a plurality of intermediate boards. A top layer may be coupled to the intermediate layer. The top layer may include a plurality of top boards.

Abstract: A pallet includes an upper deck including an upper support surface having a plurality of elongated recesses formed therein. A plurality of feet are below the upper deck. A plurality of runners connect lower portions of the plurality of feet. The plurality of runners are configured to be receivable in the plurality of elongated recesses formed in the upper surface of the upper deck of an identical pallet.

Abstract: A nestable pallet includes a deck having opposed side edges and opposed end edges. A plurality of feet extend downward from the deck. The feet are hollow and elongated in a direction parallel to the side edges of the deck. The deck includes openings therethrough that lead into the feet for receiving the feet of an identical nestable pallet nested thereon. A half pallet includes a half deck and a plurality of feet extending downward from the half deck. The feet of the half pallet extend into half of the plurality of feet of the nestable pallet. Optionally, the deck further includes a handle opening having at least one handle wall adjacent the handle opening. A plurality of ribs extend upward from the handle wall.

Abstract: A multi-density skid assembly for an appliance or other object. The assembly includes an inner layer of at least one low density material and an outer layer of at least one high density material. At least one fastener extends into an inner opening defined in the inner layer and through an aperture defined by appliance. The fastener provides an anchoring force such that the fastener secures the skid assembly to the appliance yet allows for the skid assembly to be displaced from the appliance without the use of tools or necessarily laying the appliance on one side.

Abstract: A plastic pallet comprising a deck for storing objects to be transported, feet which are formed protruding from a deck underside, and runners which are formed in each case connecting at least two feet to each other on their undersides. The plastic pallet also comprises at least one stiffening structure which comprises lower side rails arranged in the runners, and upper side rails arranged spaced apart therefrom, which are arranged above the lower side rails running parallel thereto. The stiffening structure comprises rungs, each with a predominantly closed surface, which connect the lower side rails in the feet to the upper side rails. The rungs are formed in one piece on the side rails or are connected thereto in each case via contact surfaces in bonded, friction-locking or form-locking manner. As such, the pallet bending stiffness and shear strength in a plane parallel to the deck upper side are increased.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a maintainable pallet is provided with interchangeable support structures and sensors for identifying any damage that the interchangeable support structures may experience. The maintainable pallet may include two side supports, two end supports coupled to the two side supports end-to-end to form a rectangle, a central support position between the two side supports, a plurality of top transverse support fastened onto the two side supports to form a top loading surface and the central support with two-part releasable fasteners, and two bottom transverse supports fastened to the ends of the two side supports to form a bottom surface with two-part releasable fasteners. Sensors, in some embodiments, may be embedded in the two side supports to measure, for example, acceleration, location, or other logistic information.

Abstract: A pallet includes an upper portion having an upper surface for supporting containers thereon. A first plurality of recesses in the upper surface have a first lower support surface spaced from the upper surface. A plurality of legs extend downwardly from the upper portion. The upper portion includes an overhang extending outward from one of the plurality of legs extending along each side of the pallet. In a disclosed method, containers are nested in a predetermined location on an upper surface of the pallet.

Abstract: A pallet includes a top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks. Each support block includes an inner block and an outer block joined together. The outer block has an open top surface exposing an inner block receiving area therein, and includes a bottom surface, and first and second pairs of opposing outer block side surfaces between carried by the bottom surface. Each opposing outer block side surface has a pocket opening therein for also exposing the inner block receiving area. The inner block is inserted into the inner block receiving area of the outer block, and includes first and second pairs of opposing inner block side surfaces. Each opposing inner block side surface is aligned with a pocket opening in a corresponding outer block side surface so as to form a pocket by covering the pocket opening.

Abstract: A pallet includes a top deck and a bottom deck. The top deck has spaced apart upper and lower surfaces, with the lower surface having upper tower openings therein. Spaced apart support blocks are coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each support block includes an outer wall enclosing a center area, and a core structure having a rectangular shape within the center area, with upper surfaces of the core assembly and the outer wall being coplanar. An upper tower extends outwards from the core structure and into a corresponding upper tower opening in the top deck so as to provide a shear load transfer during impact with the lifting member. First ribs are between the outer wall and the core structure, and second ribs are within an interior area of the upper tower.

Abstract: A reconfigurable pallet includes outer panels, a plurality of longitudinal members, a frame, and a compartment disposed within the reconfigurable pallet. The compartment is configured to store components that may be used to disassemble and reassemble the reconfigurable pallet for a different use, purpose or function, including as sporting equipment.

Abstract: A pallet has an upper deck portion having an upper planar portion and a lower deck portion having a lower planar portion. Ribs extend from one of the planar portions and are vibration welded to the other planar portion. A peripheral lip extends downwardly from the upper deck portion around the periphery of the lower portion. In this manner, the entire upper deck portion, which includes the entire upper surface of the pallet, is vibration welded to the lower deck portion. Further, the peripheral lip of the upper deck portion hides any flash that might be generated by the vibration welding process.

Abstract: A structurally supporting shelf article having a body and a plasticized coating applied to at least an exterior of the article. The body further includes a planar shaped insert surrounded by a tubular frame. In a further variant, a structurally supporting pallet article includes a body incorporating a planar shaped upper supporting surface, the body further including rectangular shaped reinforcing brackets incorporated into a structurally supporting underside locations of the body and which are adapted to receive the inserting forks of a forklift device. A plasticized coating can be applied to at least an exterior of the body. In another variant, a reinforced and volume supporting paperboard article includes a four-sided box like structure assembleable upon a pallet-shaped base with a lid affixing to the assembled sides. The body may constitute a cardboard constructed barrel with reinforcing upper and lower tubular support portions, the lid affixing over an open top of the barrel.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes a shipping pallet including an upper deck, a lower deck, and a plurality of pillars. The upper deck includes an upper exterior surface and an upper interior surface. The lower deck defines a lower exterior surface and a lower interior surface. The pillars are connected between the upper deck and the lower and the combination of the pillars, the upper deck, and the lower deck defines a space frame structure. Various components, such as the pillars, upper deck, and lower deck may be webbed-formed structures for enhanced rigidity.

Abstract: A pallet support block is constructed of recycled plastic material that is also recyclable. The use of the pallet support block in pallet construction reduces the amount of wood used in the pallet construction and thereby makes the pallet lighter and reduces the cost of manufacturing the pallet.

Abstract: Disclosed is a self-assembly formed by a series of longitudinal members and cross members, all of the longitudinal members being identical to one other and all of the cross members being identical to one other, such that only two types of parts are required to construct the structure. Owing to the shape of the parts, they can be assembled to one another to create a solid structure without requiring any other connecting materials or elements. The longitudinal members comprise a series of slots into which narrowed segments of the cross members are inserted. Once the cross members have been inserted into the slots they are trapped therein by moving the longitudinal members and, in order to prevent this movement occurring in the opposite direction, other cross members are inserted into slots provided in the longitudinal members for this purpose.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a series of interconnectable polyethylene plastic members, which can be interlocked together to form a tank base system sized to provide a load-bearing support for an aboveground storage tank and configured to reduce rusting and corrosion of the tank from ground moisture, chemicals, and so forth wherein the interconnectable polyethylene plastic members are generally pie piece shaped and modular such that when assembled a generally circular base is formed of light weight and sturdy support members that are generally non-corrosive, chemical resistant, tolerant to temperature variations, and non-absorbing.

Abstract: A pallet for transporting and/or storing goods, wherein the pallet includes a body and protective elements removably coupled to the body to prevent damage to the body. In one form, the protective elements are coupled to the body by releasable coupling means to facilitate removal of the protective elements and replacement of the protective elements with other, like, protective elements. The body may have openings for receiving a fork of a lifting device to allow lifting of the pallet by the lifting device, and the protective elements may be located at specific locations of the body to abut the lifting device during insertion of the fork in the openings and/or lifting of the pallet by the lifting device.

Abstract: A pallet may include a first portion and a second portion that may be arranged in a use position. The first and second portions may also be arranged in one or more nested positions that may be more compact than the first position to help facilitate more efficient storage of the portions. The portions may also include one or more magnets that may be used to help secure the portions in the use position and/or the nested positions. The portions may include one or more interlocking and/or engaging features that may be used to help secure the portions in the use position and/or the nested positions. If desired, the first and second portions may be sized and configured to be independently used as pallets.

Abstract: A pallet assembly includes an upper deck and a lower deck spaced by a plurality of columns. The weight of the pallet is reduced without significant reduction in strength by providing only a single cross beam in each of the upper and lower reinforcement members and orienting them perpendicular to one another. The reinforcement members are minimized for weight reduction and for improved performance in heat tests. The peripheral rail of the upper reinforcement member is reduced such that it rests on only an inwardly open recess on an inner corner of each of the corner columns. This reduces the size and weight of the upper reinforcement member, while still providing support to the upper deck. Additionally, the peripheral rails of both the upper and lower decks are reduced in length such that either ledge does not directly support them while the pallet is stored on a rack.

Abstract: An industrial tank support includes a platform and multiple supporting legs positioned around the platform with the platform located between the top end and bottom end of the legs. The platform has first and second surfaces thereon which have different configurations, whereby the tank support can be positioned in two different orientations with either the first surface or the second surface uppermost in a tank receiving position to alternatively support tanks having two different bottom configurations. A central opening is provided in the platform whereby a dispensing outlet or other projection from the bottom wall of the supported tank may extend through the central opening. The legs and platform are preferably hollow and in fluidic communication by passages, and the tank support is preferably molded as a unitary member of synthetic resin.
