Such an apparatus includes a platform with base and cantilever portions configured in combination to support a user in a supine position, and at least two sets of wheel assemblies coupled to the base portion of the platform and spaced apart from each other in a lengthwise direction of the base portion. The base portion of the platform is configured to balance a body weight of the user over and between the two sets of wheel assemblies. The cantilever portion of the platform is configured to support the user's head and to be cantilevered from a forward-most end of the base portion of the platform.

The foldable legs interconnect with the table skirt once it is folded down from its storage position. The tabletop and foldable legs may all be folded into a compact, portable and packable configuration.

Abstract: A portable folding heat-sink assembly for notebook computers implements two or more housings connected at adjacent sides thereof with one or more pivot shafts. Furthermore, heat-sink fans, a circuit board, a switch, and an indication lamp may be optionally settled in some of the housings. Anti-slip pads and supports may be provided at the bottoms of the housings while adjustable pedestals may be provided on the housings. Thus, by the pivot shafts, the heat sink assembly can be expanded for use and can be folded into a reduced volume for portage. Besides, the heat sink assembly can be uprighted on a table to function as an electric cooling fan.

Abstract: A restraint for retaining a person within a seat. The restraint has a lap bar and a shoulder bar which can be independently adjusted. The lap bar can be rotated either to retain a person or to permit a person to enter or exit. Also, the lap bar can be pulled farther away or pushed closer to a person. When extended completely, the lap bar will remain locked in such position until the lap bar is rotated toward the position a person will occupy. When pushed toward a person, the lap bar cannot be pushed farther away until a rod to which the lap bar is attached is released from a lock. The shoulder retainer is attached to a similar rod which is locked in this same fashion.

Abstract: A game table includes a storage area with a center leaf horizontally mounted in the storage area. When the top cover is in a closed position, the center leaf is positioned at the bottom of the storage area. A pulley system is used to raise the center leaf into a playing position when the top cover is moved to the open position. When the top cover is closed again, the pulley system lowers the center leaf into the storage area. A game board and game pieces positioned on the center leaf are maintained in the same position when the top cover is closed and the center leaf is lowered into the storage area. By maintaining the center leaf in a horizontal position, persons playing a game can suspend the game and safely keep the game pieces in the same position by merely closing the top cover. The game may be resumed by opening the top cover to raise the center leaf back into the playing position.

The portable musical instruments cart provides for the efficient setup, breakdown, storage and transport of a multiplicity of musical instruments, and is especially adapted for the storage and support of ORFF instruments. The portable musical instruments cart includes a base frame supported by a floor engaging wheel assembly, a pair of fixed shelf surfaces, and first and second expandable shelf assemblies. The base frame includes opposed upright standards of uneven height, and the first and second expandable shelf assemblies are pivotally coupled to respective ones of the upright standards. The expandable shelf assemblies each include a generally U-shaped support leg that supports a respective shelf assembly when in the expanded position, and which provides a hand graspable handle for maneuvering the portable instrument cart when in the folded position.

Abstract: A folding lap top game table is provided for two persons seated side by side and has a pair of flat, rigid rectangular panels joined together along mutually abutting straight interior edges. The lap table is provided with a raised ridge extending across its front and along its lateral side edges. The panels and the ridges of the lap top game table are covered by a fuzzy, high friction fabric, such as felt. The felt covering extends across the expanses of both the upper and lower surfaces of the hinged panels. The felt covering on the upper surfaces of the panels prevents objects placed thereon from sliding across the top of the game table. At the same time the felt covering on the lower surfaces aids in preventing the lap top game table from sliding off of the laps of the users. When not in use the lap top table may be folded in half for compact storage.

A peripheral wall around the table portion forms a cavity, with the table portion forming the bottom thereof. A pair of bi-fold doors are operably mounted to opposite ends of the base, and will move between a closed position completely covering the table portion, and an open position fully revealing the table portion. The panels of the bi-fold doors are hinged such that when the doors are moved upwardly and outwardly to reveal the cavity, the panels will stack on top of one another adjacent the cavity. A resilient material covers the lower surfaces of the bi-fold doors so as to bias puzzle pieces against the table portion (when the bi-fold doors are closed) and thereby hold the puzzle pieces in position during transport of the device. Each bi-fold door has a storage container mounted therein located on adjacent panels so as to be in close proximity when the doors are in a closed position.

To facilitate handling, there is now provided a naturally flexible member in the form of a flexible connector such as a wire rope which is effective only when the pull-out is extended, in which position it connects the ways, or a part fixed thereto, to the ironing board. Shortly before the end of the pull-out motion of the pull-out, the ironing board is retained by the wire rope so that the parallelogram guide arm pair pivots upwardly, bringing the ironing board into its working position without requiring additional manipulations to accomplish this.

In addition, a stirrup has a central portion pivotally connected to the carrier plate and a lower portion which is guided in slots in each side wall. The carrier in the upper position of the slot supports the carrier plate with the sewing machine in an operative position.
