Abstract: A nonflammable burner includes a can with holes in its sidewalls and bottom. Hollow legs are coupled to the bottom of the can. Each hollow leg has an open end in fluid communication with an interior of the can with perforations in each hollow leg providing fluid communication with an interior of the hollow leg such that each hollow leg provides fluid communication between an ambient environment and the interior of the can. A tray is positioned on a ground surface and engages with the hollow legs wherein the bottom of the can is spaced apart from the tray. Open-ended conduits extend between the sidewalls of the can to provide a fluid flow path there through. Each conduit admits the ambient environment therein, and includes perforations for providing fluid communication between the fluid flow path and the interior of the can.
Abstract: A basket apparatus with enhanced strength for use with a water-based pet cremation machine includes a lower basket assembly having an inner compartment formed by a lower frame assembly that constructs a plurality of faces including a front face, a rear face, side faces, and a bottom face, each face having a perforated mesh coupled thereto, at least one divider disposed within the lower basket inner compartment to create a first set of compartments to store pets, an upper basket assembly disposed on the lower basket assembly and having an inner compartment formed by an upper frame assembly that constructs a plurality of faces including a front face, a rear face, side faces and a bottom face, each face having a perforated mesh coupled thereto, and at least one divider disposed within the upper basket inner compartment to create a second set of compartments to store pets.
Abstract: Described is a thermal decomposition treatment system and method of using the thermal decomposition treatment system wherein flammable waste is inputted into a trash burner which is shielded from air or gas and the waste is thermally decomposed and carbonized. The thermal decomposition treatment chamber includes a plurality of heating tubes wherein the flammable waste is inputted into the chambers while hot air is passed through the heating tubes which indirectly heats the flammable waste in an anaerobic environment the resulting gases are purified, recovered and reused.
Abstract: A waste treatment furnace includes a first waste treatment chamber with a first burner chamber communicating therewith, and a second waste treatment chamber with a second burner chamber communicating therewith. A common bottom wall is positioned under the first and second waste treatment chambers which is inclined downwardly from the first chamber to the second chamber to facilitate transfer of waste. Each burner chamber includes a burner and a plurality of protuberances disposed across its inner surface. The protuberances effectively reflect heat from the first and second burners so that the heater air in the first and second burner chambers is homogenized.
Abstract: A waste incinerator including separate burning-, blower-, chimney- and ash-receiving chambers. A suction-discharge port is provided in a wall between the burning chamber and the chimney chamber for discharging gases from the burning chamber through a chimney to the atmosphere. The chimney extends from the chimney chamber for discharging gases to the atmosphere. The chimney receives an air feed pipe from the blower and an ignition sleeve extends into the chimney for burning unconsumed waste gas. A vibrator vibrates an ash receiver in the ash receiving chamber, and a drying chamber may be provided for drying high moisture garbage by combustion gases from the burning chamber.
Abstract: A hot bulb ignition head for a device for firing rough ceramics, particularly bricks, serves the intermittent delivery of solid fuel by using compressed air. An explosion takes place in the hot ignition head, which leads to the ejection of the granular solid fuels, particularly coal, into the kiln chamber. It includes a cylindrical head portion with a baffle plate at the outlet end which forms outlet openings. The size of the outlet openings can be adapted to different kiln conditions by insertion pieces.
Abstract: A material treating apparatus, such as an incinerator, incorporating an auger having an internal air supply system and an internal heat transfer mechanism. The incinerator includes a cylindrical combustion chamber containing a rotatable auger, and waste material is fed to one end of the combustion chamber and is conveyed through the chamber by the auger, while ash and non-combustible residue are discharged from the opposite end of the chamber. The auger is composed of a tubular shaft which carries a hollow spiral flight. Air is introduced into the downstream end of the shaft and flows through the hollow flight and is discharged through outlet ports in the periphery of the flight into the combustion chamber. To cool the auger, water flows within internal passages in the hollow flight. The flight is formed with a forward wall facing downstream and a rear wall which is spaced from the forward wall to define a central air passage.
Abstract: A fireplace utensil for use with a fireplace having a gas inlet pipe disposed in the bottom of the fireplace is disclosed which includes an elongated cover member and an elongated handle attached to said cover member, said fireplace utensil being adapted to be placed upon the gas inlet pipe to prevent particulate matter from entering and blocking the gas jets of the gas inlet pipe.
