    Abstract: The present invention is comprised of a high speed sailboat partially or completely supported by canted retractable hydrofoils with or without an antiheel device. The antiheel device consists of controllable stabilizers mounted on rudders and provides inherent pitch direction stability and manual control of attitude and motion in the lateral, heel and pitch directions. The antiheel device is applicable to both displacement and dynamic supported sailboats.
