  • Patent number: 10881782
Abstract: An intravenous tube holding assembly for organizing and protecting a plurality of intravenous tubes includes a tensioner is removably coupled to an intravenous tube pole. The tensioner is biased in a first direction and the tensioner is urgeable in a second direction. A retainer is provided that has a plurality of engaging slots therein. Each of the engaging slots engages a respective one of a plurality of intravenous tubes for organizing the intravenous tubes. A fastener is provided and the fastener is coupled to the retainer. The fastener releasably engages the tensioner such that the tensioner accommodates a weight of the intravenous tubes in the retainer. Moreover, the tensioner is urged in the second direction when the intravenous tubes are tugged upon.

  • Patent number: 4755802
Abstract: A handbag, briefcase or luggage alarm of the type which sounds an audible and/or visual alarm when the compartment is opened. The alarm is particularly useful for compartments of the type having a zipper-type opening. The alarm can be disabled by opening the compartment several inches and reaching into the interior thereof and switching off a disarming switch which disables the alarm. The compartment may then be opened the rest of the way. Conversely, when the compartment is closed, the same disabling switch is turned back on when the compartment is almost completely closed. The disarming switch may be replaced by an exterior key pad to program a given number sequence for arming and disarming the device.

  • Patent number: 4717908
Abstract: An alarm system that signals when one or more credit cards are absent from a card stack in the case if the system is enabled. In preferred form, a card stack thickness sensor responds to the stack thickness to determine whether all cards are present in the stack. A first signal device (e.g., a buzzer) in a circuit that includes a single sensor switch operated by the card stack thickness sensor informs the case's owner when not all cards are present if the circuit is enables. A second signal device (e.g., one or more of the cards, or a separate flag) that is projectable from and retractable into the case's interior is operated by a circuit enabling switch, this switch being manually controlled for enabling the circuit when the case is to be stored (the second signal device being disabled, i.e.

  • Patent number: 4083321
Abstract: A first-strip of laminar material is securely attached to a wallet or analagous pocketable item for a wearing apparel garment, and a second-strip of laminar material is attached inside the garment pocket. The first and second strips of laminar material are removably adherent together whereby if a pickpocket attempts thievery of the wallet, a warning tug is coincidentally exerted against the wearer's garment. Preferably, the first and second strips are of the mechanically removably adherent hooks-and-eyes type which permits repeated effective removable adhesions and which also provides a supplemental audio signal to the garment wearer simultaneous with tugging wallet removal from the garment pocket.
