Abstract: A pet bowl system and apparatus equipped with an immobilized base, bowls, and automated lid is described. The system employs a series of mounts to ensure that the base remains in a fixed position. The system is configured for use indoors or outdoors by conventional domesticated animals. A proximity-triggered automatic lid is present atop the base which is configured to prevent the introduction of contaminants to the contents of the bowls, as well as to prevent use of the system by unwanted animals and pests. An RFID reader is preferably disposed within the base which is configured to communicate with an RFID tag placed on the collar of the pet. The lid opens upon approach of the pet, and is closed upon departure of the pet from the system.

Abstract: A vertically moving pet bowl apparatus has a vertical tower having a first support column and a second support column. A movable tray may be secured to and located between the first and second support column. The movable tray has a plurality of openings for receiving at least one pet food bowl and/or a water bowl. The movable tray moves vertically between the first and the second support columns so that a user can access the movable tray in the up position and then lower the movable tray to the lower position wherein the pet may gain access. The apparatus allows the user to avoid bending down to provide food/water to the pet and instead allows a user to deliver food and water to the pet from an upright standing position. A top console controls the movement of the movable tray in the up and down position.

Abstract: A livestock oiling and scratching device facilitates dispensing of oil and insecticide onto livestock as the livestock rubs against the device. The device includes a base and a pole coupled to the base. A reservoir for holding a fluid is coupled to the pole proximate an upper end of the pole. A cable is coupled to and extends between the pole and the base. A top section of the cable is in fluid communication with the reservoir wherein the cable is impregnated by the fluid. The cable extends through each of a plurality of tubes and discs. Each of the discs is positioned between an associated adjacent pair of the tubes. A circumferential edge of each disc is positioned in outwardly spaced relationship to the associated adjacent pair of the tubes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a feeding device for amphibians and reptiles that includes a food chamber in the form of a cup with a plurality of feeding holes formed in a bottom thereof. The preferred hole size is approximately 4 mm to accommodate the mealworm. The feeding device is made from transparent plastic allowing reptiles or amphibians sitting beneath the feeding device to see the mealworms contained therein.

Abstract: A wall-mounted, recessed pet feeding system includes a base that can be installed in a wall stud cavity at a predetermined height above a floor. The pet feeding system further includes a pair of pet bowls which interlock into the base to prevent spilling while also enabling easy removal for cleaning and filling.

Abstract: An apparatus for restraining, feeding, and watering an animal is provided. The apparatus comprises a bowl assembly, a rod, a ring element, and a ground securing element. The bowl assembly comprises a base component connected to a feeder component comprising a bowl for containing food and water. The animal may be chained or leashed to the ring element which freely pivots around the rod between the bowl assembly and the ground stabilizing element when the rod is secured within the ground. The ground stabilizing element help the apparatus resist lateral forces that occur when the animal pulls on the leash, thereby keeping the rod upright.

Abstract: Pet Waiter Systems is an innovative and useful device for easily and efficiently feeding domesticated pets, such as cats and dogs. The systems may include a pet nourishment station assembly, a container holding member, a tray elevator assembly, and a motor assembly. In use, a nourishment tray may integrally include a stainless steel food bowl and water bowl. The nourishment tray may be easily adjusted vertically via a handy control panel for making it easier on a user to dispense a ration of pet-food and drinking-water into the bowls contained within the nourishment tray which may serve to reduce injury caused from excessive bending.

The vertical chute include a plurality of plastic or plexiglass panels that are spaced evenly from the top interior of the chute to the base of the chute in a zigzag configuration. The top of the chute has an open receptacle end where food and water are placed. The vertical hose is attached to the side of the chute by bracket fasteners and runs the length of the chute. The base of the chute includes a funnel mechanism that receives the vertical hose and directs water into a water dish. The chute includes at least one sliding component and one fixed component, where the fixed component has notches that engage a handle attached to the sliding component to secure the chute to the desired height.

Abstract: A drawer-mounted feed bowl shelf to hold an animal's food or water bowl, adapted for mounting on the edges of the sidewalls of a cabinet drawer, or for mounting between the sidewalls of a drawer is disclosed. The first embodiment includes expandable mount means to permit mounting on or in drawers of various widths. The expandable mount means include two sections one above the other, the upper one moving laterally relative to the lower section. The second fixed-width embodiment can be either mounted permanently or removably on or fixedly in a cabinet drawer. A gasket that fits over and within the opening for the bowl adds friction to prevent bowl movement when present. This invention permits the feed bowl to be out of sight when not in use.

The exterior surface of at least one panel of the storage cabinet provides a mounting surface. The feeding unit is attached to the mounting surface of the exterior surface of the storage cabinet. The feeding unit includes at least one structural member to retain food in an accessible arrangement for access by an animal.

Abstract: A collapsible feeder is provided for use in combination with a cage or kennel. The feeder includes a collapsible container and a cage-mounted hinge. The collapsible container is made from a flexible material that collapses to a flat profile, and the collapsible container is connected to the cage-mounted hinge so that the collapsible container and adjacent apparatus may be folded up against the cage to maximize interior cage space when not in use.

Abstract: A cat feeding enclosure comprises a plurality of exterior walls enclosing an interior space, an entry opening for a cat to enter the interior space, a feeding area in the interior space for accommodating a receptacle for holding cat food, and an interior wall within the enclosure defining a circuitous path for a cat to walk along from the entry opening to access the feeding area. The entry opening is preferably no larger than necessary to accommodate passage of a large size cat therethrough. The circuitous path has a plurality of sharp turns to prevent a dog from following the circuitous path from the entry opening to the feeding area.

Abstract: A device for holding pet food or water with a gimbal mount for use in a moving environment, comprising a conventional food or water bowl used for pet comprising multiple features to facilitate its use on a boat or similar moving vehicle is herein disclosed. The device is fastened to a smooth wall surface by a plurality of suction cups which ensures that the device does not move around, but also elevates the bowl to a comfortable mounting height to allow the pet to drink or eat more easily and allows for easy cleaning below the bowl. The bowl is connected to the suction cup mount by a gimbal that allows rotation along both the x and y axis, thus enabling the bowl to always stay level no matter how the device is moved. The bowl comprises an inwardly turned rim which prevents splashing and spilling of water during movement.

In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a container, a support element, a securing element, and a mounting element. The container may be configured to receive an edible substance and contain the edible substance during freezing of the edible substance, but be removable from the substance afterwards. The support element may be configured to receive and support the edible substance after freezing. The securing element may be configured to couple with the edible substance during freezing and secure the edible substance to the support element. The mounting element may be configured to couple with the support element and secure the support element to a surface.

Abstract: A pet food holder and pet food containing module releasably carried by the holder that includes seeds or sprouts in a plug or pellet of food containing material in a cup of the module that germinate and grow into a plant that is edible by an animal. The holder includes a mounting arrangement used to releasably mount the holder to an object and a cradle that releasably receives the module. The mounting arrangement includes a mounting plate to which at least one mount is attached that can be a suction cup or hanger. The module includes a cover that is removed to enable germination of the seeds or sprouts. After germination, growth and being eaten by an animal, the module can be removed and replaced with a refill module.

Abstract: An animal feeding structure can include one or more openings to drain water that is sprayed into the feeding structure in order to clean it. By draining the incident water, the remaining dirt, food and other particles are drained and removed from the feeding structure, thereby cleaning the structure without direct handling. Also, because the water is drained, water bounce back onto the person cleaning the bowl can be greatly reduced. The feeding structure can include an opening covered by a raised cap whose clearance from the bottom of the bowl can be adjusted. The feeding bowl can also include lateral and/or longitudinal slits of various sizes and shapes. The size and shape of openings can be designed to prevent food from falling out while allowing water, food crumbs, dirt, and debris to drain out. The effective size of the openings can be adjusted.

Abstract: A pet food elevating device having a food platform and wheels coupled to the food platform with a vertical track positioned to slidably receive the wheels. A rope is movably engaged with an upper pulley positioned to allow the pet food elevating device to be raised to a desired elevation within the vertical track. A first end of the rope is coupled to the food platform, and a second end of the rope is available to a user of the pet food elevating device to raise or lower the food platform. The second end of the rope may be secured to hold the pet food elevating device at a desired elevation.

Abstract: A travel bowl assembly for traveling in a vehicle including a bowl member divided into a snack section and a cup holder section. A cup holder, cup holder insert extends downward from a bottom of the bowl member. The cup holder insert can be integrated or removably attached to the bowl. A pliant adapter can be integrated or removably attached to the cup holder insert. The pliant adapter utilizes flexible winglets for compensating between dimensional differences between the cup holder insert and a receiving cup holder. The pliant adapter is formed having a tapered sleeve for sliding the adapter onto a tapered sidewall of the cup holder insert. A lid can be provided, sealing the snack section of the bowl.

Each of the feeders includes a housing that has a bottom wall and a perimeter wall that is attached to and extends upwardly from the bottom wall. The perimeter wall has a fill opening extending therethrough. A chute has an open first end and an open second end. The first end is attached to the perimeter wall and is in fluid communication with the fill opening. The second end of the chute is positioned above the perimeter wall. Bird feed is positionable in the chute to fill the housing with the bird feed. A mounting bracket is attached to the chute. A strap is removably coupled to the mounting brackets of each of the bird feeders and extendable around a vertical support. A coupler on the strap couples the strap in a closed loop.

The first teat mounting 19 has a different orientation relative to the container 11 to that of the second teat mounting 20. A method for collecting spilled food and spilled water from a pet feeding system comprises separating the pet feeding system into a first reservoir and a second reservoir, which are detachably coupled to each other; collecting the spilled food from the first reservoir; and collecting the spilled water from the second reservoir.

The rail is registered along a horizontal plane and elevated from a ground surface and has a chamfered top wall provided with a linear groove extending along a length of the rail. The groove is laterally offset away from the back side and proximate to a near side of the rail. Coextensively shaped trays are slidably positional along the rail. The trays include monolithically formed fingers extending away from a center thereof that are intercalated within the groove. Each tray includes a spring-actuated mechanism for maintaining a predetermined tension between the fingers and an inner surface of the groove such that the trays are prohibited from displacing along the groove. The spring-actuated mechanism is permanently affixed to each of the trays.

Magazine stop tabs at the base of the magazine along with the retaining plate mounted on the chute lid prevent the dispenser from dispensing more than one dog treat at a time.

An electronic controller opens a valve to provide power to a hydraulic actuator, which flips the two faced bowl to empty the first and present the second for filling. Filling with water occurs automatically, also using water from the hydraulic source.

Abstract: A livestock supplement delivery system that is completely portable and is easily attachable and/or useable with any type of support surface of user choice, such as a fence post or the like. The system includes different embodiments but each embodiment provides the unusual results of protecting any exposed edges that would allow an animal to easily bite off a large chunk thereof. Thus, the animal can only ingest the supplement via licking rather than biting and results in controlled more regulated consumption.
