Abstract: Provided is a system, in which a display is mounted to a steam generating device to monitor a driving situation or an erroneous operation situation of the steam generating device through the display. It is possible to monitor an operation situation of a steam generating device through a simple screen configuration in real time at a glance, and enable a user to diversely analyze reasons by various factors when an abnormal operation is generated and cope with the abnormal operation.
Abstract: A portable on-demand hydrogen supplemental system is provided for producing hydrogen gas and injecting the hydrogen gas into the air intake of internal combustion engines for the purpose of increasing the combustion efficiency in the combustion chamber and lowering particulate emissions at idle. Hydrogen increases the laminar flame speed of diesel fuels, thus increasing combustion efficiency. Hydrogen and oxygen is produced by an electrolyzer from nonelectrolyte water in a nonelectrolyte water tank. The hydrogen gas is passed through a hydrogen gas collector. Nonelectrolyte water mixed with the hydrogen gas in the hydrogen gas collector is passed back thru the tank for distribution and water preservation. The system utilizes an an onboard diagnostic (OBD) interface in communication with the vehicle's OBD terminal, to regulate power to the system so that hydrogen production for the engine is adjusted based on the RPM level and operation conditions of the vehicle.
Abstract: A water purifier which purifies water by superheated steam. The water purifier includes a raw water reservoir for contaminated water; a heater at least partially disposed within the raw water reservoir and including a heat source, an inlet for steam and an outlet for superheated steam; an inlet conduit in fluid communication with the inlet of the heater for transporting steam produced by boiling said raw water; and a condenser in fluid communication with the outlet of the heater. The heater both boils the raw water to produce a substantially saturated steam and superheats the substantially saturated steam. The water purifier can further include a purified water reservoir in fluid communication with the condenser.

Abstract: A fossil-fired steam generator includes a gas flue having a surrounding wall being formed by tubes which are mutually joined gas-tightly and which are disposed substantially vertically and can conduct an upward flow through them on the medium side. The tubes in a first or lower part of the gas flue have a greater internal diameter than the tubes in a second part of the gas flue located above. On one hand, this ensures reliable cooling of the tubes. On the other hand, even additional or above-average heating of individual tubes does not lead to inadmissible temperature differences between outlets of the tubes.

Abstract: System for recovering latent and sensible heat of effluent gases from a cupola for cast iron production or other similar melting installation consequent intermittent operation thereof, for obtaining heat energy or potential electric energy in the form of hot water and/or steam, comprising a thermal unit including an air burner and combustion chamber for burning the effluent gases to form hot combustion gases, two vertical waste heat boilers disposed in series along a flow path downstream of the combustion chamber, the first being a water tube boiler and the second being a fire tube boiler, both having vertical tubes arranged so that the hot gases pass upwardly through the water tubes, thereby licking such tubes, and upon flow reversal thence pass downwardly through the fire tubes, thereby enhancing the self-cleaning thereof, an economizer and optionally a combustion air preheater downstream of the second boiler, and a chimney for the fumes at the end of the flow path, as well as a common external steam separa
Abstract: A waste heat boiler which comprises a water chamber and a water vapor chamber, both surrounded by an opposed pair of tube plates, respectively, and a plurality of double tubes extending across the two chambers. The inner tubes within the double tubes are adapted to pass hot waste gases therethrough, while annular spaces defined between the inner and outer tubes within the double tubes are for directing water to be heated therethrough. At least one end area of the double tubes is of triplicate structure so that thermal stresses generated from thermal expansion of the tube elements may be absorbed effectively.
