Circulating Pump Patents (Class 122/402)
  • Patent number: 6869065
Abstract: A vapor cleaner includes a mainframe having a hole defined in a hollow body of the mainframe, a recess defined in the hollow body to receive therein a filter with an inlet in communication with the hole and an outlet in communication with a telescopic tube, a control pump sandwiched between the outlet of the filter and the telescopic tube for pumping water to the telescopic tube, a nozzle assembly detachably connected to the mainframe and having a heater received in the nozzle assembly for heating the water pumped by the control pump to flow through the heater from the telescopic tube, and a reservoir detachably connected to the mainframe via a locking device.

  • Patent number: 5223696
Abstract: A steam generator is disclosed for a cooking apparatus, having an intermediate duct admitting discharge water into the lowest central portion of the enclosure of the generator, and connected to a vane pump whose outlet feeds into an outlet duct rising as far as an upper bend then descending as far as an emptying duct. Heating tubes cause vaporization of the water which they contain and the steam escapes through a horizontal upper duct then a steam conduction duct. The generator applies in particular to ovens for cooking food.

  • Patent number: 4527515
Abstract: A control system for controlling a cleaning apparatus used for cleaning a steam generator includes a valve manifold which is controlled by a control console to direct a pressurized fluid to either a jetting outlet or a flushing outlet of the cleaning apparatus associated with the steam generator. The control console also controls a motor controller which defines the incremental distance that the jetting outlet is moved within the steam generator to clean different portions of the steam generator. The motor controller is remotely controllable from a platform control device so that the position of the jetting outlet can be changed by a person located on or near the steam generator during initial alignment and limit switch positioning. The control console also controls an evacuation circuit which extracts the fluid pumped into the steam generator and the sludge or other substances loosened therefrom.

  • Patent number: 4479459
Abstract: A sequencing blow down or blow off valve mechanism for the low water cut off and/or water column of the equalizing piping network of a steam boiler. The valve mechanism is located at the junction of the vertical cut off outlet pipe, the lower horizontal pipe to the boiler and the vertical drain line. The valve mechanism normally rests in a position completing the network while blocking the drain line. The valve mechanism may be moved to successive positions completing drain paths from the lines of the network to the drain line. Whenever the valve mechanism is out of the normal position, the fuel supply to the boiler is shut off to prevent boiler firing. The valve mechanism provides a visual indication of the valve position. Further the valve mechanism allows access to the network lines for cleaning and/or rodding of the lines whenever the valve mechanism is in any of the successive positions. Manual and automatic operation are disclosed.
