Abstract: The above objectives are accomplished according to the present invention by providing A modular slingshot comprising: a handle having a spring recess; a spring attached to the handle being received in the spring recess having a serrated portion and spring tab; a fork removably attached to the handle having a tab recess for receiving the spring tab to secure the fork on the handle; and, band securing assembly including plugs that are attached to the forks.

Abstract: A bail guard for use with arm- or wrist-braced slingshots is disclosed. The bail comprises a thin, slightly arcuate body having upper and lower channels disposed on opposing sides, each upper and lower channel separated by a groove formed therebetween. The channels are dimensioned to receive and fictionally engage the distal ends of the arm or wrist brace of a slingshot such that the bail guard can be securely and removably mounted to the arm or wrist brace of the slingshot.

Abstract: A handleless slingshot with a folding storage compartment is disclosed. The slingshot does not require that the user grip a handle to shoot it and the folding storage compartment may be removed or omitted if desired. The slingshot includes a storage compartment that can store projectiles (such as steel shot) and/or other supplies. The storage compartment is foldable such that it can be folded into the base of the slingshot to create a compact, portable unit. The slingshot includes a quick-release interchangeable band system that uses clips that matingly engage grooves formed at the ends of the slingshot arms to secure the band. The slingshot includes guard area which protects the web area of the hand when shooting the slingshot. The slingshot moves the thumb and index finger contact points forward of the band to increase stability and eliminate the need to grip a handle when shooting the slingshot.

Abstract: A layered composite slingshot having a metallic center or core, with overlaying spacing and outer layers. The individual layers are laminated together beginning with the metallic center. Pins are strategically inserted through the slingshot frame penetrating each layer, thereby locking each layer to one another.

Abstract: A scent shooter apparatus is disclosed. The scent shooter may include a projectile launcher. A vessel may be coupled to the projectile launcher and configured to hold a pellet and release the pellet during operation of the apparatus. The apparatus may include a piercer mounted on the vessel. The piercer may be disposed to pierce the pellet during operation of the apparatus.

Abstract: An apparatus for loading and unloading pellets in a slingshot includes a handle and a magazine. The handle is hollow. The magazine is mounted in the handle and has a body and a switch. The body has a lower end, a receiving space defined in the body, a sliding hole defined through the lower end and a channel. The channel is defined in the lower end and communicates with the receiving space and the sliding hole. The switch is mounted slidably in the sliding hole and has a baffle, a resilient element, a through hole and a hook. The resilient element is mounted on the baffle. The through hole is defined through the baffle and corresponds to the channel of the body. The hook is mounted on the baffle and extends over the through hole.

When in the storage mode, the portable pitching machine configured for storage within a container. The portable pitching machine having a frame, a plurality of elastic connectors, a pair of uprights extending from the frame, and a pocket for containing a ball. The portable pitching machine having a seat upon which a user sits, wherein interposed between the seat and the uprights is the open top container.
