  • Patent number: 8453634
Abstract: An initial velocity accelerating tube includes an outer pipe. Two ends of the outer pipe are connected with a stop member and a connection member, respectively. An inner pipe is provided in the outer pipe. Two ends of the inner pipe are inserted in the stop member and the connection member, respectively. When the initial velocity accelerating tube is mounted on a toy gun, one end of the inner pipe is against the front end of the barrel of the toy gun by the elastic force of the elastic member so as to tightly connect the barrel, providing an airtight effect. The barrel can be lengthened. To have a shoot with the long-barreled gun, the bullet can have a longer route to accelerate for getting a higher initial velocity.

  • Patent number: 8037877
Abstract: A barrel for prohibiting the paintball from dropping therefrom is provided by the present invention. The barrel includes a main body and an elastic ring. In which, a rear end of the main body is formed with a combining portion to combine with a paintball gun, and an extension is extended rearward from the combining portion. A bore penetrates through the main body, the combining portion and the extension. Around an outer periphery of the extension is disposed an annular groove, and at least one slot is formed in the annular groove, while the slot communicating the bore proximate to the extension. In addition, the elastic ring has a smaller perimeter than that of the annular groove. The elastic ring is disposed in the annular groove, and a part of the elastic ring sinks into the slot, overlapping a part of the bore.

  • Patent number: 5706795
Abstract: A multi-purpose projectile launcher including a body, a barrel forwardly projecting from the body, and a tube forwardly projecting from the body within the barrel and concentric with the barrel to form an annular-shaped space therebetween. A tubular projectile extends over the tube within the barrel and forms a seal between the barrel and the tube. A firing assembly releases gas from a cartridge into an interior chamber, which is in fluid flow communication with the space behind the projectile, to drive the projectile over the tube and out of the barrel. The gas cartridge can be a pressurized gas cartridge having CO.sub.2 or N.sub.2 or a self-generating gas cartridge having gunpowder. The projectile can be longitudinally segmented so that a deflector located at a forward end of the tube separates and deflects the segments radially outward from the tube at equal velocities. The segments can be utilized to evenly deploy hobble lines or a net.
