Cutter-support Feed Patents (Class 125/7)
  • Patent number: 6745851
Abstract: A method and a system are described for processing of drilling fluid from a drilling hole (10) in an underwater well to a floating drilling rig or drilling vessel, comprising a sealing device (12) connected to a well head, a pump module (14) to transport drilling fluid, a treatment plant for treatment of drilling fluid, or a storage installation. Before a blow-out valve is connected to the well head and before a riser is connected between the drilling hole and the floating drilling rig or drilling vessel, the pump module (14) placed on the ocean bed transports drilling fluid from the drilling hold (10) on the ocean bed to the floating drilling rig or drilling vessel.

  • Patent number: 4848308
Abstract: A stoneworking or cutting device for texturing the surface of stones, in particular, concrete slabs, has a tool holder in a swing frame with a number of stoneworking or cutting tools, whereby each tool is activated individually. To produce the striking force, a number of flyweights are mounted on the swing frame so that they can rotate, whereby the swing frame itself is mounted so that its height can be adjusted in a horizontally movable base carriage. Striking pins corresponding to the individual tools in the tool holder are made to oscillate by the flyweights to activate the tools which work the stone.

  • Patent number: 4453773
Abstract: Apparatus for breaking concrete and asphalt pavement and the like comprising a frame adapted to be supported by and above pavement to be broken. Power operated means move the frame in one and opposite directions relative to and in parallel relationship with the pavement. A plurality of air hammers are supported in a gang parallel arrangement by the frame with their cutting tools aligned in a closely spaced parallel series. Cutting ends of the tools are adjacent the pavement with the series of tools extending in one direction and frame movement occurs in a direction substantially at right angles relative thereto. Thus, the frame movement defines a predetermined generally rectangular path of movement and pavement breaking operation of the cutting tools. A cradle on the frame is moveable relative to the frame for adjusting both the height and the angle of attack of the cutting tools relative to the pavement.
