Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus for packaging liquid crystal glass substrates, comprising multiple housings, a cover and a unit forming member, wherein the multiple housings are overlapped together in vertical direction, the cover covers the topmost housing of the multiple housings, each housing comprises a cavity for receiving a liquid crystal glass substrate, the unit forming member is configured to clamp at least two housings of the multiple housings together as a housing unit, the unit forming member comprises at least one clamp. According to the present invention, even when there are many layers of housings, the center of gravity of housings can be align with each other, and the risk of overturning can be avoided.

Abstract: A popcorn heating device includes a bag member, a receptacle removably connectable therewith and having a top portion including inner and outer layers and a medially disposed heat-retaining layer. The device further includes a mechanism for electrically heating the receptacle and the bag member. The heating mechanism includes a base member having at least one electrical conductor including a plurality of conducting posts. The base member further includes a first switch for toggling at least one electrical conductor between on and off positions and a second switch for controlling the temperature of at least one electrical conductor. A plurality of heating elements are electrically coupled to the plurality of conducting posts and a plug provided for electrically coupling the base member to a power source.
Abstract: A generally rectangular metal cooking pan and skirt assembly in which the pan is mounted above the skirt and is joined thereto. Disposed within the skirt is a gas or electric heating unit which generates heat that is applied to the pan to cook meat or other food placed therein. Because of thermal stresses created in the pan by the applied heat in the course of a cooking operation, the pan is susceptible to warpage and possible damage. To constrain such warpage there is provided a reinforcing bar extending diagonally across the rectangular skirt and being welded at its end to opposing diagonal corners of the skirt. The diagonal bar defines a constraining bridge that maintains the geometry of the assembly in the course of a cooking operation to prevent it from exceeding its elastic limit and permanently deforming the assembly.

Abstract: A versatile heater/cooler (2) comprising a chest (4) having insulated walls (6, 8, 10, 12, 14) including a lid (10). Contained within the chest is a removable heating and cooling source (46) which is submersible in a liquid for heating or cooling the latter. The source comprises first and second vertical conduits (48, 50) having lower portions connected for fluid communication with a transverse body (52) which forms a combustion chamber. The chamber serves for burning fuel (80) or for containing a refrigerant introduced by way of the conduits. Included in the chest lid is a vent port (110) for venting the chest contents including the source, and two limb ports (18, 20) for inserting the limbs of a user through the ports and into the interior of the chest. A self-adjusting shield (22, 24) connected to an edge portion of each limb port, yieldingly surrounds each limb for preventing hot or cold air losses from the chest.

Abstract: A food warming oven has a wire rack frame surrounded by an insulation fabric cover which acts to retain heat within the oven, yet breathes to prevent moisture buildup in the heat retention volume. A flame producing device is disposed within the oven to provided a flame heat source. A heat distribution plate is disposed above the flame to insure a uniform heat distribution throughout the heat retention volume. A retention apparatus insures that the heat source is reliably and securely retained with the oven.
