Abstract: It is contemplated that the present invention can provide a collapsible and portable outdoor oven having a front wall having at least one opening, a rear wall, a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, at least one horizontally extending exhaust slot, at least one upwardly and outwardly extending baffle, at least one internal cavity having a rear inner wall, a first inner side wall, a rear inner side wall, an upper inner surface, a lower inner surface and an upwardly and forwardly projecting baffle positioned rearwardly on the lower surface, at least one of the first side wall, the second side wall, rear wall, upper surface and the lower surface comprised of a plurality of refractory brick elements and at least one door element adapted to cover the at least one opening of the front wall.

The oven may be set for use with either a cookie sheet or similar flat sheet or a muffin tin or similarly constructed pan. Placing support rods through on set of holes allows for one pan while placing them through the other set allows for the other pan.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to heating systems. In various embodiments, a tray may be supported adjacent a housing having a plurality of heating compartments configured to provide heat to food items within each of the heating compartments. In other embodiments, a vessel may be configured to be disposed in a housing having a plurality of heating compartments configured to provide heat within each of the heating compartments. In further embodiments, a housing may have a plurality of heating compartments configured to provide heat within each of the heating compartments, and the heating compartment may have open ends arranged around a circumference of the housing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable all-in-one cooking system. More specifically it relates to a portable all-in-one Dutch oven cooking system which has a plurality of burners that may be placed on the bottom or top of the Dutch oven so that one or more stacked Dutch ovens may be heated. The cooking system may also serve as a two or more burners cooking stove that can be used with traditional cooking utensils.

Abstract: A portable outdoor cooking and decorative appliance including a combustion compartment and a separate oven compartment. The appliance can burn a variety of solid, liquid, and/or gaseous fuels. Material combustion products are inhibited from contacting food items inside the oven compartment to avoid contamination and transfer of undesired tastes, smells, and materials. The appliance is constructed to more efficiently transfer heat to the oven compartment to improve cooking speed and capability and reduce fuel needed. The appliance can include transparent doors such that users can view the interior of the appliance during use, without opening the doors.

Abstract: A steamer includes a steamer body and a plate stacker assembly. The steamer body includes a dutch oven and a hi-dome lid. The dome lid is integrally formed for openably closing onto an open top of the dutch oven to define a relatively high space in between the dutch oven and the dome lid for receiving the steaming rack assembly therein. The steaming rack assembly includes two or more plate stacker, which can be detachably stacked on one another. Foods held in dishes can be positioned on each of the steaming racks and be steamed in the steamer body at the same time. With the integrally formed dome lid, vapor produced by boiled water in the dutch oven does not easily escape from the steamer body and the foods can be evenly heated and cooked through closed steaming, making the steamer environmentally friendly and energy saving.

The hinged portion is pivotable with respect to the stationary portion about at least one hinge. The hinged portion has an open position in which at least a portion of the interior surface is accessible and a closed position in which the lid substantially covers the opening.

Abstract: A collapsible reflector oven to be used for cooking in front of an open fire, such as a campfire, constructed of various panels having reflective inside surfaces and a food holder constructed of a non-reflecting, energy-absorbing material. The reflective surfaces of the panels direct heat energy from the fire into the food holder which absorbs the energy, becoming sufficiently hot to properly cook the food placed therein using the same recipes and cooking times as would be used in a conventional kitchen oven. The reflector oven may be collapsed for storage and unfolded for use.

Abstract: A portable, collapsible reflector oven useful for cooking by an open fire is provided. The inventive apparatus is constructed as a single unit in that all of the parts of the reflector oven are connected to one another to prevent part loss. The reflector oven has a stabilizing frame to which the reflector panels and supporting panels are pivotally attached. In a preferred embodiment, the reflector oven is provided with a shelf and a shelf suspension system. The shelf suspension system automatically positions the shelf correctly when the reflector oven is unfolded from a collapsed position. In the most preferred embodiment, the reflector oven has a latching system which acts to stabilize the reflector oven against collapse while the reflactor oven is in the open position.

Abstract: A radiant heat collector is disclosed in the form of a reflector oven. The oven collects heat from a heat source adjacent to the oven. The reflective surfaces are detachably secured to end plates, which plates are of a generally rectangular configuration. Tie rods may be used to retain the grill assembly, or tabs on either the grill or on the reflective surfaces, or on both, and may be used for this purpose with or without tie rods. The assembled reflector is of a generally elliptical section shape (rather than parabolic) to enhance the thorough heating of the material placed on the grill to be heated. The elliptical section encompasses one end of an ellipse about one focus line and a source of heat may be conveniently located at the other focus line. The major axis of the ellipse dips downward from the section to the heat source and the rack or grill is positioned under the section focus line esssentially to one side of the major axis.

Abstract: A free-standing, disposable fireplace reflector which may be placed in a fireplace behind a fire and effect reflection of both heat and light therefrom into a sitting room. The disposable nature of the reflector also allows it to be used to collect and dispose of burnt embers and the like. In a preferred form, the reflector is comprised of a laminate of aluminum sheeting affixed to a substrate of fire-retardant material.
