    Abstract: A steamer includes a steamer body and a plate stacker assembly. The steamer body includes a dutch oven and a hi-dome lid. The dome lid is integrally formed for openably closing onto an open top of the dutch oven to define a relatively high space in between the dutch oven and the dome lid for receiving the steaming rack assembly therein. The steaming rack assembly includes two or more plate stacker, which can be detachably stacked on one another. Foods held in dishes can be positioned on each of the steaming racks and be steamed in the steamer body at the same time. With the integrally formed dome lid, vapor produced by boiled water in the dutch oven does not easily escape from the steamer body and the foods can be evenly heated and cooked through closed steaming, making the steamer environmentally friendly and energy saving.

The inventive apparatus is constructed as a single unit in that all of the parts of the reflector oven are connected to one another to prevent part loss. The reflector oven has a stabilizing frame to which the reflector panels and supporting panels are pivotally attached. In a preferred embodiment, the reflector oven is provided with a shelf and a shelf suspension system. The shelf suspension system automatically positions the shelf correctly when the reflector oven is unfolded from a collapsed position. In the most preferred embodiment, the reflector oven has a latching system which acts to stabilize the reflector oven against collapse while the reflactor oven is in the open position.

    Abstract: A radiant heat collector is disclosed in the form of a reflector oven. The oven collects heat from a heat source adjacent to the oven. The reflective surfaces are detachably secured to end plates, which plates are of a generally rectangular configuration. Tie rods may be used to retain the grill assembly, or tabs on either the grill or on the reflective surfaces, or on both, and may be used for this purpose with or without tie rods. The assembled reflector is of a generally elliptical section shape (rather than parabolic) to enhance the thorough heating of the material placed on the grill to be heated. The elliptical section encompasses one end of an ellipse about one focus line and a source of heat may be conveniently located at the other focus line. The major axis of the ellipse dips downward from the section to the heat source and the rack or grill is positioned under the section focus line esssentially to one side of the major axis.
