Abstract: A grill includes an upper cover, a supporting body and a grill frame. The grill frame is provided on the supporting body. The grill frame includes left and right boards, a back board and a front board, which all enclose into the grill frame. Heaters are provided within the grill frame and a roasting plate which tilts towards a front of the grill frame is provided above the heaters. The roasting plate has slots from which oil and grease drip down into an oil dripping slot provided on the front board and then into an oil guiding slot provided below the front board. The oil guiding slot has an oil channel of a certain angle. An oil collecting box is provided below a side of the oil guiding slot. A warming net is provided above the roasting plate and mounted on the left and right boards.

Abstract: An oven accessory may include a frame structure formed of a material that is substantially invisible to RF energy and a plurality of removable inserts. The frame structure may include legs and a periphery supported by the legs to be elevated above a base disposed within an oven. The periphery may define a receiving opening and lie in a first plane that is spaced apart from and substantially parallel to a second plane in which the base lies. At least some of the removable inserts may be configured to be interchangeably disposed at the receiving opening independently of each other. At least one of the removable inserts may be configured to define at least one elevated food holding location to combine with at least one other food holding location to enable support of a food product in a substantially vertical orientation.

Abstract: A fireplace system having a fireplace cavity and a secondary combustion assembly disposed adjacent to a rear wall of the fireplace cavity. The secondary combustion assembly includes a plurality of combustion chambers configured to facilitate secondary combustion. A plurality of inlets are disposed in the rear wall of the fireplace cavity. One or more of the plurality of inlets are configured to provide fluid communication between the fireplace cavity and a respective one of the plurality of combustion chambers. An exhaust gas collection chamber is in fluid communication with at least the secondary combustion assembly. The exhaust gas collection chamber includes a vent configured to release exhaust gas into a chimney. An ambient air bypass aperture is disposed in a top baffle of the fireplace cavity. The ambient air bypass aperture is configured to divert at least a portion of ambient air entering the fireplace cavity into the exhaust gas collection chamber.

Abstract: A fireplace for food cooking having a planar member adapted to receive coals dispersed thereon and having two sides extending perpendicular therefrom on opposite sides thereof and a back extending perpendicular therefrom and between the two sides. A fireplace hood is supported on the two sides and the back. The fireplace hood has a duct extending upwardly therefrom. The duct is adapted to allow smoke to discharge from the hood. A baffle plate wall has its ends affixed to the two sides and a back side spaced from the back so as to define a hollow space therewith. The baffle plate wall is positioned between the planar member and the fireplace hood so as to define a combustion chamber and a cooking chamber. The hollow space has an upper opening and a lower opening. The lower opening defining an access mouth adapted to draw the coals in the combustion chamber.
