Abstract: The invention includes a device for smoking smokeable material. The device has a housing with a burning section and an inhalation section, a pusher in the housing for pushing the smokeable material through the burning section. The device also has a threaded rotatable shaft for driving smokeable material towards the first end of the housing as the smokeable material is smoked, and a connector for connecting the mouthpiece to the threaded rotatable shaft, where the connector is rotatable relative to the housing, so that rotation of the connector rotates the threaded rotatable shaft relative to the housing.

Abstract: An assembly for ornamenting a proximal end of a finger and for enhancing friction at the distal end of the finger, the assembly incorporating first and second bands; a void within the second band for receiving and releasing the finger; a frictional crown attached to the second band; and a shaft having an anchor end pivotally attached to the first band and having an opposite end pivotally attached to the second band, the shaft being adapted for guiding, orbiting, and counter-orbiting movements of the second band between flexed and extended positions, wherein in the flexed position, the crown overlies the proximal end of the finger, and wherein in extended position, the crown overlies the finger's distal end.

Abstract: A protective case for housing a vaporizer or modified electronic cigarette has an elongate body with a valve at its proximal end that may be opened to provide fluid access to the mouthpiece of a vaporizer housed within it. The elongate body may include a transparent and deformable region having a valve. The actuating button on a vaporizer housed within the body may be depressed by depressing the deformable region of the housing adjacent to the actuation button. The valve in the deformable region opens when the actuating button is depressed, providing fluid access to the intake valves of the modified electronic cigarette. The interior of the case includes padding around the interior of its distal region and a piston biased by a spring to hold a housed modified electronic cigarette in a proper orientation within the case.

Abstract: Disclosed is a novel single dose smoking device that provides advancement to the traditional pipe bowl design, and these advancements translate exceedingly well to the unique applications of an expanding smokers market, where discerning smokers are increasingly refining their preferences. More specifically, the single dose smoking device includes a tubular stem with a first end and a second end. An insertable cylindrical bowl is formed from an organic or inorganic material with a draw end and pack end. The pack end includes a lip formed around the insertable cylindrical bowl, the draw end sized to fit into the second end of the tubular stem up until the lip. The draw end includes a hole or series of holes therethrough for allowing gases to pass therebetween.

Abstract: An extendable stylus operated with a mouth, the stylus having an extending portion configured to have an adjustable length, a conductive tip that can interface with a touch screen device, the conductive tip located at a first end of the extending portion, a mouthpiece that engages the mouth of a user, wherein the mouthpiece is located at a second end of the extending portion opposite the first end and a control mechanism disposed at or near the second end of the extending portion, wherein the control mechanism is configured to control the length of the extending portion based on an operation by the mouth of the user.

Abstract: A cigarette holder, including a hollow tube having a front end serving as a mouthpiece and a rear end over which the non-burning end of a cigarette is receivable and a clip attached to the tube. The clip includes a pair of cooperating, opposing, openable jaws to removably hold the non-burning end of the cigarette over the rear end of the tube, to form an airtight seal. The jaws each have an opposing end tip and are movable from a closed position where the end tips are in contact with each other to an open position where the end tips are spaced apart from each other. The jaws can also be used to open the non-burning end of the cigarette so that it fits over the rear end of the tube.

Abstract: An igniter for an incendiary briquette of a type suitable for smoking a smoking substance disposed in a bowl of a hookah is disclosed. The igniter includes a housing defining an interior and having a sidewall, a bottom wall, and a top opening providing access to the interior. An ignition source that produces a flame is disposed in the interior of the housing. The igniter includes a removable tray for supporting the incendiary briquette. The tray has at least one heat transfer hole therein and is sized to be removably supported by the housing at a location above the flame of the ignition source, wherein heat flows upwardly to cause a burning of the incendiary briquette. The tray is sized to seat above the bowl of the hookah so that the burning briquette is supported to cause a burning of the smoking substance.

Abstract: A sexual novelty device includes a mouthpiece and a penile band. The mouthpiece has a generally tubular housing that defines an inner chamber dimensioned for receiving a smoking pipe. An insertion opening in the housing is configured for accommodating insertion of the smoking pipe. An inhalation opening at a first end of the housing is in fluid communication with the chamber and is configured for providing access to the smoking pipe by a user. The penile band is associated with the housing, and constructed and arranged for resiliently engaging a penis.

Abstract: A fashionable belt buckle assembly appears as a single solid piece and includes a smoking pipe camouflaged from plain view. The pipe can be ejected from the buckle assembly, and when ejected, the mount continues to keep the belt tension secured around waist during smoking. A magnetic closure mechanism functions to automatically attract the pipe into the mount, snuff smoldering content, prevent the emission of any noticeable odor, prevents spillage and prevent rattling. A magnetically driven latching system dynamically synchronizes a teeter position and tension with the magnetic closure system so that through a singular sliding motion the pipe slides inward with reduced resistance, seals, and secures the pipe automatically.

Abstract: The present invention provides a hand worn smoking device comprising a glove having a burning reservoir for containing substance to be smoked, a reservoir closing feature, a smoke transport pathway, and an oral interface wherein the burning reservoir is connected to the oral interface via the smoke transport pathway allowing the burning reservoir to be in smoke communication with the oral interface during use. The present invention also includes a method of smoking the substance to be smoked using this device.

Abstract: A novel cigar is provided with an elongated cigar puller device which extends into the interior of the cigar. By removing the cigar puller from the cigar, the tobacco fill material of the cigar is disrupted so as to improve the draw of the cigar. Once the cigar puller is removed from the tobacco fill material, a flavorant and/or aromatic can be infused into the less dense tobacco fill material which is provided upon the removal of the cigar puller.

Abstract: The combination smoking and drinking apparatus includes a generally upright consumable liquid retaining container with an elongated conduit formed therebetween. An inlet is coupled to one end of the conduit and has a combustion compartment therein. Additionally, an outlet is coupled to an opposite end of the conduit such that applying a vacuum to the outlet pressurizes the conduit and draws smoke from the combustion compartment directly through the conduit to the outlet without mixing the smoke with the consumable liquid in the container.

Abstract: An extensible wire-reeling cigarette clamp specifically used in a car includes an extensible rod, a reel, a reel slider and a clamping spring. The extensible rod is fixed on a fixing board locked on a bracket of a rear-view mirror of a car, the reel is connected at an end of the extensible rod, the reel slider is connected to a wire in the reel, and the clamping spring is connected with the reel slider. To smoke a cigarette, a smoker in the car only needs to pull the reel slider gently and then the cigarette on the clamping spring can be drawn into the smoker's mouth for smoking. After smoking, the smoker only tugs the reel slider and then the reel can wind the reel slider automatically to its original position. As the smoker smokes without glancing at the cigarette clamp, the safety of driving is assured.

Abstract: An improved pot and pan washing machine is provided including a low suction intake manifold and a partition for capturing a substantial portion of the wash action of the washing machine within a segregated area. The intake manifold of the instant invention includes a plurality of voids having a void concentration that increases as the distance from the source of suction (such as a pump or intake inlet) increases. The partition (or divider) of the instant invention can be removed and repositioned within the wash tank through the use of channels along the walls of the wash tank that receive the partition.

Abstract: Described is a device that holds cigarettes/cigars and that is attachable to golf bags or other surfaces. The device has an attachment section that is pivotally attached to a holder section, said pivotal attachment allowing the holder section to move from a folded position to an extended position. There is a pivoting structure that allows the holder section to be locked into the folded position and, by depressing a pivot pin that extends through the attachment section and the holder section, automatically extends the holder to the extended position.

Abstract: A key chain pipe assembly having a bowl, stem, and storage container which forms a cylinder when assembled in one mode for attaching to a key chain or the like and the parts can be disassembled and reassembled in another mode to form a pipe for smoking.

Abstract: Jewelry smoking devices are described which are in the form of ornamental pipe members suitable for being worn as items of jewelry. Each smoking device has a tobacco receiving portion for receiving smoking tobacco for the purpose of burning the same, and conduit means for carrying smoke from the tobacco receiving portion to a mouthpiece. The devices are in the general forms of pipe rings, pipe bracelets, and the like, and are decorative as well as being functional pipes which can be smoked as normal pipes are or while worn as items of jewelry.

Abstract: A casing has an end wall adapted to receive a cigarette holder for holding a cigarette internally of the casing. Removable and disposable astrays are held under the cigarette holder. Also provided in the casing is a cigarette lighter and a compartment to store a package of cigarettes. The cigarette holder is held in the casing in an arrangement such that it cannot be removed by the smoker but is adjustable longitudinally to accommodate cigarettes of different lengths. The casing has a hinged lid adapted to be locked in closed position to prevent access thereto if desired. Vent means are provided to allow the desired circulation of air.
