Abstract: The present invention broadly relates to trays, tables, and storage compartments capable of securely holding glasses and other containers for beverages and other liquids. For example, the trays, tables, and storage compartments may include a retainer portion with a retainer that is adapted to flex to receive a portion of a glass or other container for a beverage or other liquid. The flexing of the retainer also applies a gripping friction force to securely hold the glass or other container.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cigarette butt wrapping paper which comprises: a body having a planar shape approximately similar to the shape of a cigarette pack; a flame-retardant coated surface which is formed on the inside of the body, has a transverse length approximately similar to the circumferential length of a cigarette butt, and is coated with a material having a heat resisting function; an adhesive applied surface onto which an adhesive has been applied, wherein the adhesive applied surface is an area surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the flame-retardant coated surface; and opening forming parts which are formed in such a manner that the opposite side ends of the lower end of the body are inwardly recessed and form an entrance, through which the cigarette butt can be input, when the opposite side ends are matched and boned to each other.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for securely mounting an enclosure are described. In various embodiments a device enclosure includes a recessed back area in which a mounting latch including a generally key-shaped opening is positioned. A mounting bracket including a post having multiple dimensions is secured to a wall. The enclosure and latch is placed over the post. The enclosure is moved so that the post slides in the key-shaped opening and snaps into the first portion of the key-shaped opening. To release the latch a release tool is inserted into a slot or other opening and rotated so that the tip or tips of the release tool can pass through one or more openings in a rear wall of the enclosure and compress a portion of the latch allowing the enclosure and latch to slide on the shaft until the enclosure reaches a position where it can be removed.

The top surface of the device curves down from said peak to an outer edge of the hand rest device. The bottom surface is configured with a curved portion from the outer edge of the hand rest device (around the perimeter) down to a generally flat portion, the generally flat portion further comprising a plurality of rubber pads. The device could include a weight inside.

The base includes a first cup well and a second cup well, the retainer is carried on the base and is displaceable between a home position and a raised or deployed position for holding taller items in a more stable manner. The clip includes a pair of spaced apart and opposed curvilinear retention clip arms, a planar foam part retaining member, a bridge having first and second ends, and an installation indicator. The insulation part is captured between the planar foam part retaining member and the clip arms. The installation indicator includes a movable indicator pin. The pin is provided within a pin enclosure having a biasing member that urges the pin to its retracted position. A portion of the pin extends between the clip arms. Upon attachment of the retention clip to the fluid line, the indicator pin is pushed by the fluid line from its retracted position to its attachment indicating position, thereby visually verifying to the installer that successful installation of the retention clip has been made.

The wearable medicinal container has a plurality of spaced apart medicament cavities, each separately securable through its own snap-lock configured cavity lid. The plurality of spaced apart medicament cavities may be housed in an enclosure of a container base, which itself may be closed off by a container lid movable between the closed position and an open position for accessing the plurality of spaced apart medicament cavities. Each medicament cavity contains a single medicament dosage, preventing it from being damaged, while making it accessible. Being wearable through an association with a strap, the wearable medical container is useful for urgent critical medicinal administration.

Abstract: A wearable container assembly for holding a topical substance configured to be applied to a portion of a body of a user is disclosed herein. The wearable container assembly includes a base portion having a top surface and a bottom surface, the base portion including one or more decorative elements attached to the top surface thereof; a fastener member attached to the bottom surface of the base portion, the fastener member configured to removably attach the wearable container assembly to hair of a user, a limb of a user, or an article of clothing worn by the user; and a container subassembly for holding a topical substance that is configured to be applied to a portion of a body of the user, the container subassembly removably coupled to the base portion by attachment means. A wearable topical substance container assembly comprising a topical substance is also disclosed herein.

Abstract: A beverage container holding a beverage includes a cap that can be used to prevent contamination of a beverage between drinks. The cap is sized to fit over the foot of the beverage container for use as a non-slip coaster. The beverage container is shrink wrapped to retain the cap on the top of the beverage container. The shrink wrap includes a pair of vertically disposed perforations which facilitate opening of the beverage container. The shrink wrap also aids in keeping the beverage container sanitary by preventing contaminants from reaching surfaces of the beverage container.

Abstract: This invention relates generally to a stemmed drinking receptacle holder, and more particularly to a holder utilizing a bore and channel configuration to prevent the receptacle from being dislodged therefrom. In one embodiment, the holder comprises a bracket defining a through bore configured to encircle a stem of the stemmed drinking receptacle, a channel defined in the bracket and connecting the through bore with an outer edge of the bracket, and a clamp adjustably connected to the bracket.

The magnetically assembled hookah can have one or more magnetic attachment means that removably couple the parts of the hookah together. The magnetic attachment means generally comprises a magnetic material or a magnet that connects with another magnet or ferromagnetic material. The magnet, magnetic material, or ferromagnetic material can be incorporated into the components of the hookah or be a separate component of the hookah. As a non-limiting example, the magnetic attachment means can include a separate body member that is made of a magnetic or ferromagnetic material to connect with another hookah component at least partially comprised of a magnetic or ferromagnetic material.

Abstract: A novel cigar is provided with an elongated cigar puller device which extends into the interior of the cigar. By removing the cigar puller from the cigar, the tobacco fill material of the cigar is disrupted so as to improve the draw of the cigar. Once the cigar puller is removed from the tobacco fill material, a flavorant and/or aromatic can be infused into the less dense tobacco fill material which is provided upon the removal of the cigar puller.

Abstract: A covered ashtray which has a reversible top which is reversed when the ashtray is in use. The reversed side allows for the use of the ashtray in a standard fashion. Upon completion of use, the top may be placed back into the original position, wherein the ash and cigarette butts will be deposited into a chamber in the bottom portion of the ashtray.

Abstract: An apparatus for a combination cigar holder and ash tray. The ash tray is formed as a base having a bottom and cylindrical walls surrounding it. The base is the container wherein the ashes from the cigar holder will fall therein or be otherwise placed. The cigar holder portion of the present invention is designed to receive a lit cigar therein. The cigar holder has means for connection to the base along with a screen for receiving the lit end of the cigar so that the ashes will fall through the screen into the ash tray. The cigar holder also has slotted recesses designed so that a user can grasp the cigar in multiple places by placing the fingers of the user within the recesses and may have a circumferential collar on one end of the holder and a rotatable partial collar on the other end of the holder to secure a cigar in the cigar holder.

Abstract: The invention relates to a reconstituted smoking material which comprises a non-polyol aerosol generator, tobacco (optional), binder (optional) and inorganic filler. A further polyol aerosol generator may also be contained in the smoking material. There is also provided a smoking article containing such material in a conventional arrangement or with a core axially disposed within an annulus. A further aspect of the invention is the provision of a polyol or non-polyol aerosol generator disposed in the filter element of a smoking article, which may contain the inventive smoking material. The aerosol material on the filter is eluted into the aerosol of the smoke on burning of the smoking article.

Abstract: A curling device for a filter tip attachment comprises at least one blade-like element offered to a continuous strip of paper material at a selected contact zone in such a way as to deform the material as it advances, so that single tipping papers separated from the strip by a cutting unit of the attachment are given a curved profile and as a result more easily wrapped around and affixed to the assembled filters and cigarette sticks when these are joined together; the curling device also comprises a delivery system by which the contact zone is flooded with a cushioning fluid designed to favor a smooth sliding contact between the curling element and the running strip, and at the same time equalize the tensions in the strip preceding and following the contact zone.

Abstract: A cigar carrying case including a housing unit having a base in which the cigars are housed and a top which fits over the base to cover the cigars. In one embodiment, the top and the base are hingedly coupled such as by a living hinge and secured by a fastener, such as a zipper, wherein the zipper may also serve as the living hinge. In another embodiment, the top and/or base also have end caps made of buffalo horn. In an alternative embodiment, the base contains an adjustable divider to prevent the cigars from damaging each other. In a further embodiment, the top has a humidification device in order to prevent the cigars from drying out.

Abstract: A disposable, portable, pocketable, foldable and reusable cigarette ashtray which is formed from a single blank of fire retardant paper or other suitable material into a box shape that will fit into a vehicle cup holder. The ashtray consists of four sides, a bottom, three cavity leaf panels and a folding top lid. The cavity leaf panels slope into the container forming upper and lower cavities. When the ashtray is full of cigarette butts, a top lid panel is folded over the top cavity, locked in place and then safely disposed of. The back panel is supplied with an adhesive strip for attaching the ashtray to a surface. The ashtray is sized to act as a package for two packs of cigarettes. It is inexpensive to produce and can be folded for convenient packaging and portability.

Debris from the ground or cut cigarette drops into the drawer.

Abstract: A portable extinguishing ash container with pivoting lid is provided. The ash container features a flame-resistant fabric pouch which accommodates a metal container. The pouch is filled with a noncombustible granular material such as sand or pebbles for enveloping an outer surface of the ash container. A hinged circular, transparent lid allows the smoker to close the apparatus securely during transportation and to keep discarded butts and ashes inside. A small release button on the front causes the lid to open automatically when the button is pressed. Being transparent, the lid allows for various pictures, photographs, logos, or word phrases to be placed thereunder to provide for a visually appealing appearance. A pivoting cigarette platform is provided to permit resting support of a cigarette. A leather strap is included to facilitate transportability.

Abstract: A cigarette holder in the shape of a hollow cylinder, one end of the cylinder being open (top), the other being close (bottom). The dimensions of the cylinder are approximately 17-20 cm in Length, and 10 cm in Diameter. Going the distance of the cylinder, and centered is a wire. The wire is attached to the inside of the bottom base and protruding up to the opening of the cylinder. Stopping short of the opening of the cylinder by between 10 cm and 1 mm. It is this wire that penetrates the butt or filter (if a filter cigarette is being consumed). The wire inside and the cylinder on the outside of the butt are what hold the cigarette in place. Attachment means of some sort are connected to the outside of the bottom. The attachment might me an adhesive of some sort, or Velcro, snap(s), suction, or by weight and gravity means. There may be a second cylinder added to the outside of the first cylinder solely for aesthetic and/or ornamental value.

Abstract: An ashtray is formed of at least two concentric surfaces where the inner surface is higher than the outer surface to direct the cigar or cigarette upwardly towards the center of the ashtray. The inner concentric surface is thin to minimize contact with the cigar or cigarette. Depressions having an upward slope towards the center of the ashtray are formed on the outer concentric surface to also direct the lit end of the cigar or cigarette upward towards the center of the astray. Protrusions are formed on the inner concentric surface to keep the cigar or cigarette from rolling on the support. Ash receiving chambers are formed interiorly of the inner surface and between the inner and outer surfaces.

The ashtray and the reflector each have downwardly convergent sides with the reflector fitting tightly into an opening in the open top of the enclosure. The ashtray has an outwardly extending peripheral lip adapted for resting in contact with the open top. The downwardly convergent sides of the ashtray rest in contact with the downwardly convergent sides of the reflector. A color wheel may be used to provide a dynamic light display projected upwardly through the ashtray.

The housing has an interior surface, the interior surface being hollow for forming a chamber adapted to receive a lit cigarette and with the sidewall tapering radially outwardly from adjacent to the bottom toward the upper end with the upper end being end being flared slightly. This is to facilitate the guidance and entry of the lit end of a cigarette into the chamber. A supplemental layer of heat resistant material on the interior surface of the housing.

Abstract: A safety ashtray has a frustoconical configuration formed by a sloping cover over a hollow ash and butt receiving interior region. The cover has a central access opening to the interior region and is provided with a plurality of cigarette rest areas spaced from one another around the cover. Each rest area includes an upper and a lower cigarette catch with each of the catches extending upwardly from the cover, the sloping of which locates the upper catch more centrally of the ashtray than the lower catch. When a cigarette is positioned on the catches, it is prevented from rolling and it is also elevated from the cover by the catches which hold the cigarette in an upwardly inwardly angled position on the ashtray.
