Abstract: There is provided a portable extinguisher for extinguishing a single smoking article at a time, the extinguisher including defining a reservoir, a chamber, and an opening configured to receive a smoking article into the chamber, the chamber being sized to receive at least part of the smoking article and being isolated from the reservoir such that there is no fluid communication between the chamber and the reservoir, wherein the reservoir and the chamber are thermally coupled.

Abstract: A kit for sealing an open container includes a utensil and a lid. The lid includes a lid body, a sealing mechanism, and at least one holding lug. The sealing mechanism is positioned on an inner face of the lid body, and is configured to sealingly engage an opening of a container to enable the lid to seal the opening of the container. The at least one holding lug extends radially outward from the lid body, and has a through hole extending along a direction perpendicular to the inner face. The through hole is configured to mount the utensil on the lid when the lid is engaged with a container.

Abstract: A paint bucket lid is provided which easily is fitted atop a 5 gallon paint bucket. The lid has an access aperture which readily receives a siphon hose to supply paint to line painting equipment. A flap is hingedly connected to a fixed portion of the lid allowing it to be opened exposing an opening through which additional paint may be added without interrupting the line painting operation.

Abstract: The present invention provide a new and novel holder for storing unlit articles to be smoked, such as cigar, and holding such articles when they are lit and not currently being smoked. When the holder is in a closed position, it acts as a carrying case for a number of articles to be smoked of any size (adjustable for lengths). When opened, the unit can be easily mounted to any frictional engagement device, such as a golf cart ball holder tray or easily with the cup-holder adapter. The device can also easily be applied to any cup holder typically found within golf carts, boats, and vehicles and any other structure that includes a cup holder.

Abstract: A multifunctional cookware is disclosed. A side of a chassis is provided with a vessel, so that a single cookware can fry foods with the chassis and cook soups with the vessel. The vessel is covered with a lid, further changing the vessel into a vacuum cooker to simmer the foods. Furthermore, a steaming pan is disposed between the vessel and the lid, so that steam produced by heating up liquid in the vessel can steam the foods on the steaming pan, turning the vessel into a steamer. In the present invention, a frying pan, a stockpot, a vacuum cooker and a steamer are combined into one unit, allowing a single cookware to have multiple purposes at a same time, which increases convenience in using the cookware and reduces the space required to accommodate plural cookware.

Abstract: A medicine box including a casing with a mouth, and a box cover. One or more sides of the mouth are set with resilient snaps and one or more sides of the box cover have conjunction holes. One side of the box cover has a medicine hole, the medicine hole is blocked by the cover when in a sealed position. To remove medicine from the casing, the resilient snap is pressed to separate from the conjunction hole. The box cover can then freely slide up and down the mouth to expose the medicine hole and remove medicine from the medicine box. After taking out the medicine, the box cover may slide downward to buckle the resilient snap into the conjunction hole, firmly fixing the box cover on the mouth.

Abstract: A handheld litter disposal device for temporarily storing and containing cigarette ash, butts, and other litter. The litter disposal device includes a cap, a storage system, a pivot system adapted to permit the cap to move between the closed and open positions, and an extinguishing system containable within the storage system and adapted to extinguish the lit end of a cigarette. In the open position, ashes, butts, and unused portions of cigarettes, cigars, and/or other similar products can be transported from the outside to the inside of the litter disposal device and vice versa. In the closed position, however, cigarette ash and butts cannot enter or exit the storage system of the litter disposal device. The storage system has a rounded bottom or outer surface to prevent the litter disposal device from maintaining an upright position.

The cigarette storage system comprises a case and an airtight storage formed in the case for holding the at least one cigarette. A lighter fluid reservoir is formed in the case with the lighter fluid reservoir having an amount of lighter fluid therein. A cigarette lighter fluidly cooperates with the lighter fluid in the lighter fluid reservoir with the cigarette lighter igniting the lighter fluid to produce a flame for lighting the at least one cigarette wherein a user can remove a cigarette from the airtight storage and ignite the cigarette with the cigarette lighter prior to smoking the cigarette.

Abstract: A covered ashtray having an opening in one sidewall or a cover thereof, which permits a tip of a lit cigar or cigarette to be suspended within the interior of the ashtray. Retention structure may be provided to securely retain the cigar or cigarette in position in the opening. The housing and cover may be manufactured as a single unit, or separately, and later connected. Preferably, at least a portion of the cover or housing is openable (e.g. hinged or completely removable) to permit emptying the contents of the ashtray.

Abstract: A device to process cigarette butts has top and bottoms sections, one pivotably mounted on the other for rocking movement between open and closed positions. The bottom section has two access holes which are opened and closed by the rocking movement. When the holes are open, a user can insert a butt into one access hole and then can rock the top section, thus cutting the butt into a filter tip, and tobacco and paper materials. The tobacco and paper materials fall through a passage from the one access hole to the ground but do not cause a litter problem since they quickly biodegrade. The filter tips can be inserted into the second access hole into a storage space for later treatment and disposal. The bottom section has a thinned rear portion which allows increased rocking amplitude while minimizing the device thickness.

Abstract: A covered ashtray which has a reversible top which is reversed when the ashtray is in use. The reversed side allows for the use of the ashtray in a standard fashion. Upon completion of use, the top may be placed back into the original position, wherein the ash and cigarette butts will be deposited into a chamber in the bottom portion of the ashtray.

Abstract: A system and method for a cigarette smoke filtration device that reduces second-hand smoke and holds a lit cigarette while being smoked or sitting idle. The device somewhat resembles a bifurcated cigarette holder wherein a lit cigarette is placed within the device while being smoked or sitting idle. Once inside, the device draws the smoke from the cigarette through a filtering system reducing offending odors as well as most of the harmful gases from cigarette smoke. The filtering system has replaceable filter cartridges. The spent ashes are collected in the device's base which can be emptied as needed.

Abstract: An improved cigarette butt receptacle device for receiving cigarette butts, the device having a base retaining a container member, a receiving tube member with a chute segment directing the butts into the receptacle member and a secondary housing member that encloses the chute segment to alter the external visual appearance. In an alternate embodiment, the device has a cap member that joins to the chute segment. In an alternate embodiment the device has a non-linear chute member.

Abstract: A cigar carrying case including a housing unit having a base in which the cigars are housed and a top which fits over the base to cover the cigars. In one embodiment, the top and the base are hingedly coupled such as by a living hinge and secured by a fastener, such as a zipper, wherein the zipper may also serve as the living hinge. In another embodiment, the top and/or base also have end caps made of buffalo horn. In an alternative embodiment, the base contains an adjustable divider to prevent the cigars from damaging each other. In a further embodiment, the top has a humidification device in order to prevent the cigars from drying out.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a rigid housing having a plurality of sides removably engaged with the electronic device and a plurality of passageways for effectively channeling air through first and second directions. Abstract: A multi-function portable ashtray is used particularly to be carried on in a user's hand. The ashtray structure of this invention is used for collecting cigarette ashes and snipes and for avoiding a user to be scalded by cigarette as smoking. Furthermore, the other utility objects of this ashtray multi-function structure are keeping a user warm and distributing fragrance scent as a travel diffuser.

The cover is reversibly locked to the lower section or the cylinder shaped vessel. A Tray for holding cigarette butts is located out of sight beneath the cover. The at least one aperture has a diameter or width sufficiently small to hinder an adult or child intent on removing cigarette butts from the ashtray. In another embodiment the cover defining at least one aperture is attached to a cylinder shaped vessel having an inner lining defining an internal cavity at least partly filled with a bottom layer of immobile material and an upper layer of nonflammable material.

Abstract: A disposable, portable, pocketable, foldable and reusable cigarette ashtray which is formed from a single blank of fire retardant paper or other suitable material into a box shape that will fit into a vehicle cup holder. The ashtray consists of four sides, a bottom, three cavity leaf panels and a folding top lid. The cavity leaf panels slope into the container forming upper and lower cavities. When the ashtray is full of cigarette butts, a top lid panel is folded over the top cavity, locked in place and then safely disposed of. The back panel is supplied with an adhesive strip for attaching the ashtray to a surface. The ashtray is sized to act as a package for two packs of cigarettes. It is inexpensive to produce and can be folded for convenient packaging and portability.

The ashtray chamber is latterly adjacent the compartment for the cigarettes and extends downwardly and under the cigarette compartment. The bottom of the device has a slider opening for removal of ashes. Spaced up from the bottom is a shelf to retain the cigarette or cigar pack. The ashtray is separated from the cigarette pack storage compartment by a heat resistant vertical wall. Other walls of the device should also be made of heat resistant material.

Abstract: An ashtray that mounts on the exterior of a vehicle that avoids the undesirable conditions of internal ashtrays. The ashtray can mount on a vehicle window, in a vent, or under a vehicle exterior mirror. The ashtray can also be built-in to the vehicle at the time of manufacture. The window version of the ashtray can contain hook/loop material (VELCRO) to attach it to the vehicle window and magnets so that the ashtray can automatically attach to the vehicle metal when the window is lowered. The mirror mounted version can contain a polished face to act as part of the mirror.

Abstract: A portable extinguishing ash container with pivoting lid is provided. The ash container features a flame-resistant fabric pouch which accommodates a metal container. The pouch is filled with a noncombustible granular material such as sand or pebbles for enveloping an outer surface of the ash container. A hinged circular, transparent lid allows the smoker to close the apparatus securely during transportation and to keep discarded butts and ashes inside. A small release button on the front causes the lid to open automatically when the button is pressed. Being transparent, the lid allows for various pictures, photographs, logos, or word phrases to be placed thereunder to provide for a visually appealing appearance. A pivoting cigarette platform is provided to permit resting support of a cigarette. A leather strap is included to facilitate transportability.

That timing mechanism can be reset from a few minutes to several hours therefore gradually reducing the absorption of nicotine until the craving for it is negligible and quitting the habit is easy.

This is to facilitate the guidance and entry of the lit end of a cigarette into the chamber. A supplemental layer of heat resistant material on the interior surface of the housing.

Abstract: A vacuum filtration system especially adapted for removing smoke in the vicinity of ashtrays includes a vacuum manifold assembly for connecting a plurality of hoods adapted for placement over ashtrays to a common charcoal filter and vacuum blower/motor assembly. The vacuum manifold includes a plurality of flexible tubing segments secured to connectors. A plurality of replaceable disposable first stage filter elements in fluid communication with each of the hoods filter smoke prior to passage into the manifold, thus substantially reducing tar fouling of the system. In a first embodiment of the invention, the hood includes a circular disk shaped member which also functions as a drink coaster disposed in fluid communication with a conduit slidably received in a connector mounted in the table adjacent an ashtray location. The combined hood and coaster may be raised and disposed over an ashtray to collect smoke, or lowered against the table surface for use as a drink coaster.
