A small elongated flat razor blade strip is mounted upon the head portion and has its razor sharp edge extending laterally outwardly from the head portion. The razor-sharp blade edge of the device is placed by the user against his skin and/or mustache adjacent the periphery of the desired mustache line and then manually moved under fingertip control to shave and shape the hairs of the user's mustache.
