Abstract: A personal hygiene device has a drive unit having a support, a stator fixedly mounted at the support, and an armature spring-mounted at the support for driven linear oscillating motion along a first longitudinal direction parallel to or coinciding with an x-axis of an x-y-z coordinate system. The armature has a center of gravity located in rest at a coordinate [xa, ya, za], and a drive shaft fixedly coupled with the armature and having a center of gravity located in rest at a coordinate [xd, yd, zd]. A first treatment head assembly, detachably connected to the drive shaft, has a center of gravity located in rest at a coordinate [xt1, yt1, zt1]. A secondary mass element, spring-mounted at the support for essentially linear oscillating motion along the first longitudinal direction, has a center of gravity located in rest at a coordinate [xm, ym, zm].

Abstract: A toothbrush having Dental floss includes a main body having a cartridge housing portion formed in an upper portion at one end and a brush portion formed in a lower portion thereof and a floss cartridge, which includes a bridge for cleaning as area between teeth, having a first gear, a second gear and a floss, wherein the floss cartridge is attachable and detachable to and from the cartridge housing portion, wherein a new floss stored in the floss cartridge is fed by the first gear in the floss cartridge, and the used floss is wound by the second gear.

Abstract: Disclosed is a portable multifunctional oral cavity cleaner which includes a tongue scraper, a material storage bottle, a material spraying device and a detachable housing; the tongue scraper can be changed into a contracted state from a stretched state via bending, rotating or folding, so as to reduce the volume of the oral cavity cleaner; an oral cavity cleaner body including the tongue scraper in the contracted state is housed in an inner cavity of the housing; and the housing can be reversely combined at the bottom of the oral cavity cleaner after being detached and used as a handle for prolonging the length of the oral cavity cleaner. The present application, featured with small size, light weight and portability, ensures hygiene in the carrying process and realizes multiple functions such as tongue coating removal, oral spray sterilization and interdental cleaning at one time.

Abstract: An apparatus for performing dental hygiene includes a concave support member integrally coupled to an upper end of a handle portion, and a floss attachment coupled to the concave support member between a first end and a second end of the concave support member. A hollow passage extending from a lower end of the handle portion to the second end of the concave support member is provided, which receives a water flosser tip such that water from the water flosser tip traverses and exits from an aperture shaped end of the hollow passage at the second end of the concave support member onto the floss attachment in a direction substantially parallel to the floss attachment for the apparatus to work as a water floss pick.

The brushes may be a tooth brush and an interdental brush that are separately operated at different frequencies. One or more buttons or switches provide control signals to the powered brush to selectively actuate the different brushes. A controller connects a motor to a power source such as a battery based on the control signals. The controller may include a timer for actuating the selected brush for a given time period.

Abstract: There is disclosed a tool kit including differently sized and shaped tongue-cleaning working tips. The working tips generally include a distal working blade for engagement with the surface of the tongue. In some embodiments, the distal working blades are planar and may include one or more bends between planar sections or portions. In other embodiments of the tongue-cleaning working tips, the working blades are curved. The tongue-cleaning working tips may optionally include a proximal mounting stem extending proximally from the distal working blade to allow for better access to certain regions of the tongue. Additionally, the distal working blades of the tongue-cleaning working tips may be tapered to further reach desired areas of the tongue.

An observation system is further designed on the interdental brush of the present application, by using the observation mirror or camera system during use, a process that the interdental brush enters a tooth clearance is observed directly, which is convenient for cleaning and avoids an accidental injury to the gum.

The abrasive surface may be provided by 1) a formed, uneven surface, 2) by including abrasive inclusions in the composition making up the second surface, or 3) a combination of a formed, uneven surface and abrasive inclusions. The confectionery product is preferably a hard confectionery, but may also be a chewing gum product. The mirror (20) can be bendable to form a reflective parabolic surface. The first end may have opposing tetrahedral sides with brushes along the central ridge defining the tetrahedral side. The opposite end of the tool may have a spoon shaped extension that is angled.

An oral care kit comprising a composition comprising the multi-valent cationic antiseptic and the moisturizer composition, and a method of moisturizing oral tissue of a patient requiring intubation using the moisturizer composition and an endotracheal tube coated or impregnated with a cationic antiseptic are also provided.

Abstract: A multi-purpose hitch tool includes a removal device that is coupled with a first end of an elongated handle. The removal device is configured to remove a cotter pin from a hitch pin or to strike the hitch pin out of engagement with a hitch receiver. A brush assembly is coupled with a second end of the elongated handle and is configured to remove debris from an interior cavity of the hitch receiver. The brush assembly includes a first bristle array that is configured to scrape the debris from the interior cavity. A second bristle array is disposed over an opposite lateral side of the elongated handle from the first bristle array. The second bristle array is less rigid than the first bristle array and is configured to bend against an interior surface within the interior cavity to bias the first bristle array against an opposite interior surface.

Abstract: A oral hygiene tool has a tongue scraper and a toothbrush with an elongate toothbrush body. The tongue scraper is telescopically engaged with the elongate toothbrush body of the toothbrush, so that the tongue scraper can move between a collapsed configuration and an extended configuration relative to the toothbrush. Abstract: A method for digitalizing scintillation pulses includes: defining n threshold voltages V_th, forming a voltage comparison unit by n low-voltage differential signaling receiving ports, outputting, by the voltage comparison unit, a state-flip and a threshold voltage corresponding to the state-flip when one scintillation pulse to be sampled exceeds any one of the thresholds; and sampling digitally a time when the state-flip in step (2) occurs by a time-to-digit converter and identifying the threshold voltage corresponding to the state-flip, to acquire the voltage and the time for the scintillation pulse. The method can be performed using a device for digitalizing scintillation pulses.

Abstract: The present invention enables a person to brush and floss his/her teeth using a single device. The present invention comprises a handle having two ends, a dental floss support near one end of the handle for holding dental floss for flossing teeth, and bristles near the other end of the handle for brushing teeth. The dental floss support is removable from the handle and can be secured onto the handle in a parallel position with the handle when not in use.

Abstract: A disposable mini-toothbrush comprises a brush and flosser head positioned at a first and second end of a handle portion. The brush head is comprised of a plurality of bristles that extend in opposite directions from a bristle supporting element. The plurality of bristles which extend in opposite directions facilitate cleaning of the upper and lower teeth without having to readjust grip by a user. The mini-toothbrush also comprises a first and second flat grip element to facilitate manipulation of the brush and flosser head while using only a thumb and at least one finger by the user. In its preferred embodiment, the plurality of bristles will be coated with dentifrice for cleaning is of the user's teeth and gums. A thin plastic cover surrounds and seals the toothbrush and provides a seal which maintains sterility during shipping and storage.

Abstract: My invention is a flosser built into a toothbrush that allows the user(s) to floss and brush at the same time. This invention is directed towards oral hygiene. What makes my invention unique is the application of my mechanism that I've designed that allows the flosser to work in the toothbrushes handle for multiply uses (see the “Details of Invention”).

Abstract: Disclosed is a toothpick which enables a user to effectively remove foreign matters between teeth, to easily remove plaque or scale from a tooth, and to simply carry the toothpick, so that the user can more improve the health of teeth. The toothpick includes a body, a bending part provided at one end of the body and having a shape sharpened toward an end thereof such that at least a portion of the bending part is inserted between teeth, and an unevenness part provided at an opposite end of the body, having a flat shape, having at least a portion inserted between the teeth, and having a plurality of protrusions formed on a surface thereof to remove at least one of plaque and scale from a tooth. The bending part has a bent shape to remove foreign matters between the teeth inside an oral cavity through the bent shape.

Abstract: The Multi-Functional Klassic Toothbrush is a compact, all in one system for maintaining a healthy dental hygiene on a daily basis. Incorporated within the unit is a vibrating replaceable toothbrush head, where toothpaste is electrically funneled onto the bristles. It also includes a tongue-scraper, a refillable reservoir of mouthwash and a replaceable cartridge of dental floss.

Abstract: The device submitted for patent consideration, represents a combination of a tooth brush head, on one end of the device, and a flossing device, presented on the opposite end of it. It will accept any type of floss currently on the market. The floss is easy to place, easily replaceable without any extraordinary dexterity. Has been clinically tested, ergonomically designed, and it is a cost effective solution.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a dental floss holder containing a body that includes a fixing portion, which is provided with at least a recess disposed inward so as to constitute a neck for holding the dental floss and is provided with at least a slot for receiving the dental floss in position. Thus a user can operate the dental floss fixed on the body in cooperation with the other end of the dental floss held by fingers (or fixed on another dental floss holder) to easily clean the slits between teeth deep inside the oral cavity.

Abstract: This device is a dental tool that has the integration of three components in a single device: a) Tooth brush, with standard measurements and norms, b) Waxed Dental Floss, up to 50 m rotating reel or cone, and c) Tongue cleaner, with standard measurements and norms. This can be done with a number of different designs whose purpose is providing the ease of having all the basic elements for a complete oral hygiene together. In addition it is very useful and practical to avoid forgetting any of the elements when carrying out oral cleaning and when traveling.
