Abstract: A drawer-type dishwasher includes a dispenser mounted to one of front and opposing side walls of a basin. The basin is slidably supported in an outer body of the dishwasher. The dispenser includes a main body portion, first and second reservoirs and an actuator. Each of the first and second reservoirs includes upper and lower openings. The first reservoir includes a cover that selectively closes the upper opening, while the lower opening is opened by the actuator. The second reservoir is provided with first and second lids pivotally mounted to the main body portion. The first lid is opened to allow loading of wash aid, while the second lid is opened during a wash operation to release the wash aid. After the wash operation concludes, the second lid is closed, causing the first lid to open allowing detergent to again be loaded into the second reservoir.

Selected micro-organisms in the drain treatment puck are dispersed by the liquid and reduce clogging in the drain by a digestive action of the micro-organisms.

A chemical formulation is prepared by selectively injecting any one(s) of four chemical agents into the mixing valve assembly 42 by way of on-off control of the inlet valve 43 and the injection valves and blending together the injected chemical agents. Then, the chemical formulation is pumped into SCF by a high-pressure pump 45 such that the SCF and the chemical formulation are mixed together to form a process fluid. Thus, the number of components of a high-pressure portion can be reduced to achieve a cost reduction of an apparatus. Furthermore, a pipe line for pumping the chemical agents is simplified.

In a first stage of the cleaning process the mask substrate 110 is close to the heater 130, and the mask substrate 110 is heated. In a second stage of the cleaning process, the gas flow 170 is stopped, and the mask 110 is transported close to the cold trap 120. The cold trap 120 is cooled. In a third stage of the cleaning process, the aerosol nozzle 150 blows aerosol 155 towards the mask substrate 110, which detaches particles from the mask substrate 110. This embodiment uses thermophoretic forces for trapping detached particles.

The conversion apparatus is comprised of an impeller, a shroud, an electric motor for driving the impeller, a vacuum source operatively connected to the shroud, an arrangement of guides immersed in the solder pot for recirculating liquid solder and a chemical de-oxidizing agent. The impeller and shroud are adjacent to a free surface of the dross which forms at the top portion of the liquid solder. The method includes the steps of adding a measured amount of de-oxidizing agent to the solder pot, agitating and recirculating the liquid solder/de-oxidizer mixture with the impeller to break-up the dross into smaller particles and separate the solder from the dross, and removing a residue of the dross by suction as the recirculating mixture passes beneath the shroud.

Abstract: A method for removal of post reactive ion etch sidewall polymer rails on a Al/Cu metal line of a semiconductor or microelectronic composite structure comprising: 1) supplying a mixture of an etching gas and an acid neutralizing gas into a vacuum chamber in which said composite structure is supported to form a water soluble material of sidewall polymer rails left behind on the Al/Cu metal line from the RIE process; removing the water soluble material with deionized water; and removing photo-resist from said composite structure by either a water-only plasma process or a chemical down stream etching method; or 2) forming a water-only plasma process to strip the photo-resist layer of a semiconductor or microelectronic composite structure previously subjected to a RIE process; supplying a mixture of an etching gas and an acid neutralizing gas into a vacuum chamber on which said structure is supported to form a water soluble material of saidwall polymer rails left behind on the Al/Cu metal line from the RIE proc

Abstract: A household appliance, such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, or similar apparatus, is proposed with an addition unit (9) to add cleansing agent to a cleaning liquid, which ensures reliable rinsing out of the cleansing agent chamber(s). This is accomplished according to the invention by the fact that the addition unit (9) is connected with a pressure line (7) of a rinsing pump (2) to deliver wash liquid to the addition unit (9) in order to rinse out cleansing agent located in it.
