Abstract: A multi-functional enclosed sleep environment for providing an improved sleep experience. A sleep enclosure assembly may be configured to partially or fully enclose a user's sleep area or bed. The sleep enclosure assembly may be stored within a housing located proximate to a user's bed or sleep area, and may be fully or partially deployable such that the user's bed or sleep area is fully enclosed within a canopy of the sleep enclosure assembly. The sleep enclosure assembly may include one or more environmental control modules designed to control or regulate one or more aspects of the sleep area according to a user's preferences, including the sound, light, temperature, air quality, ventilation, and/or humidity of the sleeping environment. The sleep enclosure assembly may further be controlled by software running on a computing device allowing a user to customize one or more aspects of the sleep environment.

Abstract: A spring assist mechanism is disclosed for aiding manual deployment of a collapsible soft top that has a frame incorporating a back bow that includes spaced side struts joined at upper ends by a crossbar. The spring assist mechanism includes a bracket securable to the body of the vehicle on one side thereof. A pivot pin extends from the bracket to a distal end and a pivot plate is rotatably supported on the pivot pin. An attachment feature is fixed to the pivot plate displaced from the pivot pin and the pivot plate forms an attachment arm configured to be fixed to a lower end of one of the side struts. The pivot plate thus facilitates pivotal movement of the side strut and back bow between a generally vertical deployed configuration and a generally horizontal stowed configuration. A biasing member, which can be a coil spring, has a first end fixed relative to the bracket and a second end coupled to the attachment feature.

The canopy also includes anchors configured to attach said canopy to said chair's backrest. The canopy can be compactly collapsed by folding the first sheet over the second sheet, thereby forming a stack, twisting the stack into three sets of loops, shifting the left loops in front of the right loops and folding the middle loops in front of the left loops.

Abstract: Chair canopy system is a universal device that preferably attaches to the back of a manual or electric wheelchair, scooter, or chair. The device may be operated by manual means or electrically. This product allows the operator to handle daily activities and responsibilities while being protected from the elements. Disabled individuals will appreciate the protection from rain, snow, sun, and wind while running errands or attending recreational outdoor events. The portable shelter connects to the vehicle and is then pulled up and over to substantially ensure coverage of the operator. This product can be used to protect individuals from various kinds of weather and can also provide a barrier between the individual and airborne allergens and pollutants.

Abstract: A hunting blind having adjustable height is described herein. The height of the hunting blind may be adjusted to fully or partially hide a hunter from their prey. In one embodiment, the height is adjusted through the use of adjustable length stabilization rods. To provide support for the blind's top edge while in use, in one example, a support rod is inserted through a channel disposed in or near the top edge of the hunting blind. The support rod may also be used to secure the hunting blind to a tree through the use of a strap wrapped around the tree, whereas the support rod is secured to the strap.

The structure can be readily disassembled and stored in a compact package.

The present invention is adaptable to fit many sizes and shapes of existing hunting stands; however, one of the common types that it is adaptable to fit is referred to as a tripod hunting stand which comprises an upper hunting stand mounted on a tripod set of legs. The present invention comprises a framework having means for attachment to the railing of the exising hunting stand.
