Abstract: An easily detachable stick has an umbrella installed therein. The stick includes a grip element having a root portion extending therefrom, the root portion having a platform along an axis direction and a leaf spring installed on the platform, the leaf spring having one end fixed to the platform and the other end being a free end; and a supporting pole having a hollow cavity installed therein, the cavity having an opening at one end thereof, into which the root portion is inserted, a sliding groove disposed in the opening along an axis direction of the cavity, a sliding button embedded in the sliding groove, an elastic element installed in the sliding groove between the sliding button and the opening of the cavity, and an inner flange inward protruding from the opening of the cavity, allowing the free end of the leaf spring to be supported by the inner flange.

Abstract: Five pieces of aluminum from 1 in. diameter 14 inches long starting starting at the bottom, and then 1⅛ diameter 14 inches long, going into 1¼ inches to 1⅜, and these are three inches long, going to the handle which is a 1½ diameter and 36 inches long. Thus making up part #2 of FIG. 1. These connections are also shown in FIGS. 6, 2a, -2e. The tubes of aluminum in the possessions on FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are the cut that go around the tubing are welded and that welding bead is then ground smooth, as welding joints.

Abstract: A collapsible umbrella shaft is attached to a cap having two sets of threads formed thereon. The cap is attachable to a housing by the threads in two alternate orientations to close the interior of the housing. In one cap orientation the folded umbrella is in the interior of the housing and in the other cap orientation the umbrella is deployed externally of the housing.

Abstract: An umbrella having substantially the appearance of a conventional umbrella extends to open in the form of a baseball hat with the brim extending. The hat includes baseball team insignia. The closing of the umbrella infolds the brim on a linkage interconnected with the usual umbrella closing mechanism. The closed umbrella with a cover and a bat handle is a set which makes the umbrella have the appearance of a baseball bat.
