  • Patent number: 10774671
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a valve device, which includes: a valve casing in which an inlet flow passage, an intermediate flow passage, and an outlet flow passage are formed; an outlet rod part coupled to the outlet valve body; an interlocking shaft part that linearly moves the outlet rod part in a direction of a first central axis; an intermediate rod part coupled to an intermediate valve body; and an intermediate actuator part that linearly moves the intermediate rod part in the direction of the second central axis. The intermediate actuator part has a link part that converts displacement of the linear motion member, which is advanced and retreated in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the second central axis, into displacement of the linear motion member in the direction of the second central axis and transmit the converted displacement to the intermediate rod part.

  • Patent number: 8783284
Abstract: A fluid supply system includes a fluid supply source, a first valve unit, a second valve unit, a first pressure detector, a second pressure detector, a third pressure detector, and a controller. If the pressure detected by the third pressure detector is less than a shutoff pressure at a timing of starting supply of fluid from the fluid supply source, the controller calculates a pressure equalization time from a timing at which opening of a pilot valve is completed to a timing at which a main valve starts closing, based on the pressures detected by the first pressure detector, the second pressure detector and the third pressure detector, sets a valve-open waiting time based on the pressure equalization time, and controls opening of the second valve unit upon elapse of the valve-open waiting time after controlling opening of the first valve unit.

  • Patent number: 7334600
Abstract: A vacuum assisted priming system for a fluid pump including a housing defining a hopper that communicates with a pump inlet. The housing mounts a first port that communicates with the source of vacuum and a second port that communicates with atmosphere. A check valve allows atmospheric air to flow into the housing under certain operating conditions but inhibits reverse flow. A valve member pivotally mounted within a valve chamber carries first and second sealing elements that are engageable with first and second seats. The lever arm is operatively connected to a float via a lost motion connection. When the fluid level in the hopper rises to a predetermined level, an actuating rod moves the lever arm to a first sealing position. When the fluid level falls to a predetermined level, the actuating rod moves the lever arm to a second sealing position.

  • Patent number: 7178553
Abstract: A leak resistant solenoid valve comprises a valve body having an interior chamber, an inlet, an outlet, and at least one valve seat and valve plug located in the interior chamber. The valve plug has a sealing surface and is axially movable between open and closed positions by a solenoid which acts on the valve shaft on which the plug is carried. The valve further comprises a plug actuating mechanism for moving the plug between the open and closed positions with the solenoid energized and a biasing mechanism for biasing the plug back to the open position when the solenoid is de-energized. The plug is preferably loosely received on the shaft so as to provide self-centering. In one embodiment, the valve has a pair of valve plugs and a pair of valve seats, the seats being axially fixed to one another and the distance between the plugs being variable to provide enhanced sealing.
