  • Patent number: 11846367
Abstract: A mixer faucet having a left-right clicking mechanism and configured to increase a degree of freedom of the faucet is provided. The mixer faucet includes a lever handle and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes: a tilting lever that is configured to move in conjunction with a movement of the lever handle, turn forward and rearward, and also turn leftward and rightward; a lower case; an upper case; a lower sealing member; an inner sealing member; and a click rotary member. The click rotary member is exposed to the outside of the valve assembly. The click rotary member is rotated leftward and rightward by a rotation force applied from the tilting lever. The click rotary member includes a first click engaging portion. The upper case includes a second click engaging portion. An engagement between the first click engaging portion and the second click engaging portion generates a left-right click.

Abstract: Disclosed is a high flow valve seat for a water control valve, including a main body, wherein the main body has one end and a circumferential part. The main body forms a waterway and several flow channels which straight extend from the end into the main body respectively. The main body forms several through holes connected to the flow channels respectively. The flow channel is formed of a first wall surface, a second wall surface and a third wall surface. The first wall surface is laterally adjacent to the circumferential part. The second wall surface and the third wall surface abut on both sides of the first wall surface respectively, and the second wall surface and the third wall surface extend away from the circumferential part respectively, so as to enlarge the cross-section area of the flow channel and to increase the flow of water to the valve core structure.

  • Patent number: 10767353
Abstract: A faucet that uses a gearing mechanism to allow the faucet handle to be placed much closer to the mixing valve is disclosed. Various embodiments involve geared mechanical operation of a mixing faucet, where the gears transfer motion of a handle to a faucet valve, which may allow for a lower handle (e.g., a handle placed closer to the faucet body). In some embodiments, an upper gear is provided in a faucet handle, and the upper gear may be held in a carrier. A set screw may lock the handle in place. Finally, a lower gear may be pushed onto the top of a valve stem. When the handle is lifted, the upper gear rotates against the lower gear, causing the valve to open. The carrier may rotate within the valve body, thus allowing for temperature control of the valve.

  • Patent number: 8267118
Abstract: The present invention relates to a sanitary fitting having a fitting house and having a control cartridge which is arranged in the latter. The control cartridge has a control shank which is pivotably mounted in the control cartridge. On the control shank is displaceably mounted an actuating lever which can be pivoted up and down between a closed position and an open position in order thus to control the water flow. Furthermore, a plate is mounted at one end on the guide element and at the other end on an axis of rotation which is fixedly arranged with respect to the pivot axis and which is parallel thereto. By means of this arrangement, during the pivoting of the actuating lever from the closed position in the direction toward the open position, said actuating lever is also moved in the direction away from the control shank and, in the direction of the cartridge axis, away from the fitting housing.

Abstract: A mixer cartridge contains a plate-type control system, the control plate of which is displaceable and twistable by an actuating element configured as a double-armed lever. The displacement leads to an opening and closing of the valve, while the twisting serves to alter the temperature. According to the invention, it is envisioned that the maximum opening and closing position of a holding plate controlling the movable control plate is limited by stops. For the actuating element, a stop is also provided, which acts in the same way, yet is arranged such that it still has a minimum distance from the actuating element when the holding plate is already bearing against the stop.
