Abstract: A downspout drain filter includes a housing and a filter media. The housing defines an internal cavity, an inlet to the internal cavity along a top of the housing, and an outlet from the internal cavity along a bottom of the housing. The filter media is disposed within the internal cavity. The filter media divides the internal cavity into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The filter media is configured to trap debris in the upper chamber from fluid flowing downward through the internal cavity. The filter media is permeable such that the fluid flows from the upper chamber to the lower chamber.

Abstract: A debris trap device for diverting rainwater collected from a gutter to the ground and/or into an underground water storage and drainage system. The debris trap device can include a conduit defining a channel and having an inlet opening to receive fluid and debris and an outlet opening to discharge the fluid, a trap having a plurality of apertures extending from a superior surface to an inferior surface, where the trap is located within the channel and coupled to the conduit, a first panel removably coupled to the first wall, and a second panel removably coupled to the second wall.

Abstract: A rainwater regulating system is described. An object of this invention to provide an attachment for rain gutters that allows for easy collections of rainwater into a rain barrel. It is another object of the invention to provide a gutter attachment that does not need to be removed in cold weather. It is yet another object of this invention to provide a gutter attachment that screens out debris from water prior to allowing water to enter the water barrel; said debris can be easily cleaned without removing the attachment or disturbing the barrel. It is another objective of the invention to provide a gutter attachment that allows overflow to easily flow through the gutter without causing structural damage to either the barrel or the gutter.

Abstract: A downspout flow diverter for diverting water from a gutter downspout to an alternate location outside the downspout. A first embodiment of the downspout flow diverter comprising a diverter plate pivotally supported from a main body, and a sliding jacket disposed for sliding engagement with the main body, wherein the position of the diverter plate is responsive to the position of the sliding jacket. The first embodiment of the downspout flow diverter further comprising a seepage barrier, defining a drain void, for channeling water seepage from around the stowed diverter plate, back into the main body.

Abstract: A down spout clean out adapter (10) connectable to a bottom distal end of a leader (18). The down spout clean out adapter (10) having an adapter (12) which has an adapter upper front (12UF) having an adapter upper front opening (12UFA) and an adapter upper left (12UL) having an adapter left guide and an adapter upper right (12UR) having an adapter right guide and an adapter upper back (12UB). The down spout clean out adapter (10) further has a door (16) which has a door top (16T) and a door front (16F) and a door back (16B) and a door bottom (16A) and a door left (16L) and a door right (16R). The door (16) is removably positionable between the adapter left guide and the adapter right guide.

Abstract: A sliding plate is located across a pipe body to form a sliding plate valve having two positions: a through position and a flush position. In the through position, material flows through the pipe body. In the flush position, the flow of material is diverted so it goes out a side opening in the pipe body. An opening in the sliding plate permits material to pass through the plate only when the valve is in the through position, not when the valve is in the flush position. A side cut-out section of the body is attached to the sliding plate so that the section blocks the side opening when the valve is in the through position, but not when the valve is in the flush position.

Abstract: A water conservation device composed of a cup movable relative to an opening for selectively diverting water flow from a main drain pipe to a side tap to conduct water to be conserved to a remote location through a drain pipe.

Abstract: A tail piece for insertion in a waste pipe of a water drainage system including a main tubular portion connected to a waste pipe, tubular branch means having central conduit means connected to the main tubular portion, and means for selectively adapting the tubular branch means for connection to an upwardly extending tube for draining an appliance into a downwardly extending tube for priming a drain trap.
