Abstract: A shedding machine includes an eccentric system rotatable about a main axis; a lever; and a transmission rod, coupled to the eccentric system and pivotally to the lever about the eccentric axis and connecting rod axis spaced apart by a connecting rod center distance, the main axis and the eccentric axis being spaced apart by an eccentric center distance. To facilitate the adjustment of the stroke of a heald frame operated by the machine, which includes an adjustment system, allowing an adjustment configuration where the eccentric distance or connecting rod distance is adjustable, and a locked configuration where these distances are fixed. The machine also includes a locking system, which allows lever locking and lever release configurations.
Abstract: Various embodiments are described relating to method of producing a synthetic field surface. In one embodiment, the method includes providing a plurality of warp yarns; providing a plurality of fill yarns; providing a plurality of pile yarns of a first type; providing a plurality of pile yarns of a second type; providing a plurality of dummy yards; weaving the plurality of pile yarns of the first type with the plurality warp yarns and the plurality of fill yarns for a first predetermined distance to form a backing; weaving the plurality of pile yarns of the first type with the plurality of dummy yarns to form a plurality of short hoops for a second predetermined distance; cutting the plurality of pile yarns of the first type to form a first plurality of upstanding ribbons representing grass to produce a synthetic field surface.

Abstract: A harness device for a weaving machine is made with partial apertured boards of synthetic material that can be manufactured by injection moulding. Each small partial apertured board has threading openings for pulling through harness cords, provisions to carry connecting elements and positioning means to position the connecting elements. Connecting elements connect one or several harness cords to one or several tackle cords or hooks. The threading openings or the connecting elements are provided with a spring-mounted retaining element and the connecting elements are provided with an opening through which one or several spindles may be passed.
