The first folding bar and the second folding bar are positioned opposite each other about the accessory attachment bar. The swiveling bar is positioned adjacent to the first folding bar and the second folding bar, opposite the accessory attachment bar. The first folding bar and the second folding bar allow the foldable bag holder to fold in half for ease of storage and transportation. Once folded, the swiveling bar magnetically bonds to the accessory attachment bar to prevent separation. Interchangeable attachments retrofitted onto the accessory attachment bar add functionality and customize the foldable bag holder for specific tasks. The bag fastening mechanism allows a trash-bad to be attached to the foldable bag holder.

    Abstract: A tampon disposal device includes a tubular stiffener, and a membrane conforming to the stiffener with an opening on one end and an enclosure opposite the opening. The membrane is folded inside the stiffener into a first layer attached to the stiffener; and second and third layers that form a lip surrounding the stiffener near a stiffener rim. The second layer folds over the rim, reversing direction to become the third layer lip portion. The third layer continues inside the stiffener. A weak adhesive attaches the lip to the outside stiffener. Another adhesive attaches the first layer to the second layer inside the stiffener. When a hand grasps a tampon string with the membrane and pulls on the string, the first adhesive allows the lip to separate and be pulled into the stiffener together with the tampon. Pushing inwardly on the stiffener seals the tampon inside the membrane.

    Abstract: An adjustable collapsible refuse funnel has a generally planar body formed of a relatively rigid but flexible and shape-retentive material, the body having a front edge, a rear edge, and opposing side edges, the body being deformable into a funnel configuration by bringing the rear corner portions of the body into overlapping relation and releasably connecting the overlapping rear corner portions to form a throat, leaving the front portion of the body adjacent to the front edge in generally planar configuration. Attachment means for releasably attaching a leaf bag or other refuse container are provided on the body. Creases are preferably formed in the body to facilitate forming the rear portion into a throat while maintaining the generally planar configuration of the front portion.

The cap preferably includes a key lock to prevent its removal by anyone other than an authorized person. The removable weather tight cap preferably is tethered to the filler neck cap.

The gas tank paint protector is assembled with the connector screw-in piece, placed in the gas tank opening such that the connector piece can be screwed in the opening of the gas tank, fill the gas tank and removed. The gas tank paint protector may be folded and stored by inserting into a well air-ventilated canister or pouch.

Spring biased arcuate jaws surround the outlet tube and expand outwardly into engagement with an inner surface of the fill tube by an air actuated annular clamping piston surrounding the outlet tube. An air actuated annular sealing piston surrounds the clamping piston and is effective to seal the outer end of the fill tube after the fill tube is clamped. The position of the fill tube is sensed by a pin which actuates a proximity switch, and a handle and fluid line connectors projecting from the body at right angles to the outlet tube. Thumb operated control switches are located adjacent the handle.

    Abstract: A bag holding and filling device comprises a light strong portable framework to hold a sandbag, or similar flexible container. The bag to be filled is secured by means of four hooks two of which are arranged on swinging arms and two on the main framework. These hooks engage with, the open neck of the sandbag and hold the top of the bag open. A conical shaped funnel with an included angle of approximately 80° is pivotally mounted on the framework so that the funnel is supported in a position such that any material fed into the funnel will be guided into the open neck of the bag. The funnel swings into another position in which access is available to the hooks to place or remove the bag. A spring or springs tension the bag hooks on the swinging arms so that the bag is securely held on the hooks during the filling operation. The bent tubular framework provides strength with lightness and is formed to facilitate hand carrying.
