Abstract: A roller assembly for use in a conveyor system is disclosed. The roller assembly includes a central rod having first and second ends and a longitudinal axis. The roller assembly includes a plurality of rollers rotatably mounted to the central rod such that adjacent rollers abut each other. A first shaft extends through each of the plurality of rollers and is offset from and extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rod, causing the plurality of rollers to rotate about the central rod in unison. A first collar and a second collar are mounted on respective first and second ends of the central rod. Each collar is selectably movable to the central rod so as to hold the plurality of rollers in a fixed position along a length of the central rod. A conveyor system with the roller assembly is also disclosed.
Abstract: A feed roller assembly of a harvester head of a forestry machine includes a pivoted arm operated by a hydraulic cylinder and a feed roller and one operating device attached to the pivoted arm having an attachment hub driving the feed roller, the feed roller includes at least one attachment flange, at least two toothed discs, spacer pieces between at least the attachment flange and the toothed discs, attachment bolts connecting the attachment flange, the toothed discs, and the spacer pieces to form the feed roller as a bolted construction, and a cleaning comb attached to the arm for cleaning gaps formed between each pair of components when the feed roller is rotating.
Abstract: An isolating decoupler comprising a pulley having a pulley inner surface, a hub having a radially extending arm, the radially extending arm having a frictional surface slidingly engaged with the pulley inner surface, a spring fixed to the pulley, the spring intermittently engageable with the radially extending arm, an elastomeric member disposed between the spring and the radially extending arm; and the radially extending arm intermittently engageable with a pulley stop.
Abstract: A feed wheel (10) for tree trunks, with rows of drive teeth (30) protruding from extended supports (20) united with a peripheral surface (18) of the wheel. In order to make the spaces between the supports (20) more self-clearing, supports (20) that are neighbours extend mutually divergently throughout the complete sideways direction of the peripheral surface (18) (at an angle ?).
Abstract: A roller for grasping a log for axial movement or rotation of a log, the roller including spike bar retainers fastened on the cylindrical surface of the roller. The spike bar retainers accept and retain replaceable spike bars, thus facilitating replacement of worn spikes, which may be replaced without removal of the roller. The spike bars formed of alloy steel feature an improved type of spike having planar side surfaces that converge to a pointed end. The improved spikes grip and hold logs at lower average pressures over an extended period of use than conventional conical spikes.

Abstract: A fluted feed roll has inner replaceable flute inserts which abut and are bolted to anchor pieces welded in place on a cylindrical roll body. Part of the inner longitudinal edge of the flute inserts bears directly against the surface of the roll body. Traction elements on the outer longitudinal edge of the flute inserts protrude radially outwardly beyond the anchor pieces.
