    Abstract: Machine tool, comprising a base (1) with a bottom (10) and a peripheral wall (11) of predetermined height to delimit an internal volume of predetermined capacity and open at the top, in which on the upper edge of said wall (11) is placed, removably, a pierced cover (2), or a work-piece carrier surface provided with through holes (20) through which a refrigerant liquid is free to fall, and wherein an electric motor (4), on which is engaged a tool holder (7), is placed in said inner volume, and wherein said electric motor (4) is inserted in a protection chamber (5) which protects it from the refrigerant liquid passing through said holes (20). The electric motor (4) is connected to corresponding lowering and lifting means, by means of which the tool holder (7) is lowered and raised accordingly, so producing the lifting and lowering of a respective tool (3) through the cover (2).

The present invention can remove the debris produced in the cutting process in time, and can reduce relevant defects such as line scratches, terminal scratches, short circuit, broken circuit, etc. which are generated because of debris.     Abstract: The dust attachment which is used with a spiral saw power tool includes a first attachment portion which at a rear end has a substantially dust-tight fit with a mounting head portion of the tool. The other (forward) end extends beyond a forward edge of the mounting head portion, but such that the spiral saw bit extends beyond the forward edge of the attachment portion by a distance which is slightly greater than that of the thickness of the workpiece. An attaching member such as a screw secures the dust attachment portion to the tool. An dust exit tube extends from a side surface of the attachment portion and communicates with the interior of the attachment portion. The dust exit tube extends at an angle away from the attachment portion toward the rear end thereof.

The protective hood is formed of two side walls connected to one another by a cover and a rear wall, and a front, vertically adjustable protective shield. A holding member for the removable attachment of a stop plate is releasably attached to each of the two side walls of the protective hood. In this way, the protective hood is permanently available as a basic element, so that when changing from curved milling to milling against a stop, it is easy to fit the stop plates.
