A pair of prongs are attached to the base near one end of the base, wherein the prongs are configured to frictionally engage a tape measure housing. A second pair of prongs are attached to the base near one end of the base, wherein the prongs are configured to frictionally engage a tape measure housing.

Abstract: Disclosed is a sterilizable facial cleaning instrument, which comprises a main apparatus, and a driving motor, a first control board and a rechargeable battery that are provided in the main apparatus, and further comprises an apparatus seat provided with a sterilization cavity, wherein an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is provided in the sterilization cavity; the main apparatus is detachably provided at the apparatus seat and at least a part of a brush head is positioned in the sterilization cavity, so that bristles positioned in the sterilization cavity can be sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation. The sterilizable facial cleaning instrument provided by the present invention can sterilize and disinfect the brush head completely when the main apparatus is combined with the separable designed apparatus seat, thereby ensuring the health and safety of users.

Abstract: An elastic sleeve method and apparatus for use with a bar of soap to limit the surface area of the soap that is exposed, and reduce the rate of shrinkage of the bar of soap. The sleeve comprises a container of elastic material having a top, bottom, and an elastic opening for insertion of a soap cake. The elastic material has form-fitting dimensions adaptable to the shape of an underlying soap cake. The elastic material also has a plurality of apertures to provide atmospheric communication through the elastic sleeve to an inserted soap cake's surface.

The handle may include means for releasing the cleaning disk from the end of the handle without the need for the user to manually handle the cleaning disk. A delamination container includes a body configured to contain contents and an opening through which the contents from the body are discharged. The body and the opening each include an outer layer and an inner layer. The inner layer peels from the outer layer and shrinks with a reduction in the contents. The inner layer includes, as an outermost layer, a layer having a standard peel strength of about 7 to 12 g/15 mm.

A section of the lip balm strip is not covered in lip balm which provides a clean surface for the user to hold on to. The balm covered side of the strip is placed in the mouth. The user then presses their lips down and slides the strip through their lips to apply the lip balm. There is a smooth edge on this side of the strip provided to prevent injury to the mouth. The lip balm strip is individually wrapped to preserve the strip for re-use. Other variations and features are described.
