Abstract: An erasable ink writing instrument comprising a body extending along an axis, the body having a first end and a second end opposed to the first end along the axis, the first end being provided with a writing tip and with an eraser, wherein the writing tip is fed with erasable ink, wherein the writing tip is fixed with regard to the body and the eraser is movable along the axis with regard to the body, and the erasable ink writing instrument further comprising a helical-cam propelling mechanism configured to move the eraser along the axis between a retracted position and a protruding position. The erasable ink is a peelable ink and the eraser is a friction body.

Abstract: An eraser assembly having at least one eraser, an eraser holder having a first rim including at least one notch, the eraser being disposed in the eraser holder and an eraser cap having at least one tab extending therefrom. The tab of the eraser cap engages the notch of the eraser holder, thereby securing the cap to the eraser holder and enclosing the eraser.

Abstract: A writing implement with a mechanical eraser cartridge, having a forward-positioned eraser and method. The eraser and eraser cartridge runs practically the full length of the writing implement before splitting and deviating at a slight angle outward, near the writing end of the implement, slightly above the position, where upon, the writing end of the implement is held. The eraser is mechanically advanced through the eraser cartridge by the user, and exits the eraser cartridge down at the writing end of the implement.

Abstract: An eraser to cap a pencil includes a top and a base, with a projection extending between them. The projection helps to secure the top and base together by fitting into and filling a mating cavity within either or both of the top and base. The base has a cavity open at the bottom of the base, sized and shaped to receive the used or unused portion of an original pencil eraser, if any, and the ferrule on the pencil.

Abstract: An illuminating eraser is provided. The eraser includes a body and an insert. The insert is receivable within a hollow portion of the body and includes a power source and a light emitting source. The power source is activated by applying pressure to the insert thereby causing the light emitting device to illuminate.

Abstract: A marker eraser system for efficiently combining an eraser with a dry erase marker. The marker eraser system includes a body having a tubular structure and a central aperture extending through the tubular structure. The central aperture extends through an inner end to an outer end of the body. An eraser member is attached to the outer end of the eraser unit to erase a removable ink from a dry erase marker. An outer end of the central aperture frictionally receives an outer portion of a first end of a cap of the dry erase marker to allow a user to removably attach the marker eraser system to the cap of the dry erase marker.

Abstract: A writing instrument includes an elongate body having opposed first and second ends, a longitudinal axis and a bore therein extending from the first end. A marking body, such as one having lead or a colored material, extends from the first end and is seated in the bore, while a connector is coupled to the second end. An eraser, such as a rubber eraser, is coupled to the connector and is configured to erase markings made by the marking body. The eraser includes a flat surface that is configured to prevent the writing instrument from rolling about the axis down an inclined surface contacting the elongate body. The flat surface may be oriented on a plane that is substantially parallel to the axis. The flat surface may also include a dimension perpendicular to the axis that is larger than another dimension of the elongate body which is also perpendicular to the axis.

Abstract: The marker may include a body, a cap, an end plug and an eraser. In one of the embodiments, the eraser is molded onto the end plug. The end plug may include an attachment portion and the eraser may have an attachment portion. The attachment portion on the end plug corresponds to the attachment portion on the eraser. The attachment portions may have different shapes and/or cross sections. In other embodiments the eraser may be attached to the end of the marker, to the barrel, or to the cap.

Abstract: A pencil has a fixed non-replaceable eraser and a moveable sleeve. The fixed non-replaceable eraser is elongated to provide a larger eraser to pencil ratio in order to have more erase cycles per write cycles. The moveable sleeve can be moved to selectively expose a portion of the eraser. A ferrule couples the pencil body and the eraser together and provides an outer surface to engage an inner surface of the moveable sleeve. In one embodiment, a threaded female slot in the outer surface of the ferrule engages a male threaded tab in the inner surface of the sleeve. In another embodiment, a plurality of concentric slots in the outer surface of the ferrule engage a tab in the inner surface of the sleeve.

Abstract: A golf-theme writing related article includes a golf-club-head-shaped eraser which includes a pencil-end reception well for receiving an eraser end of a pencil. A golf-club-bag-shaped pencil holder is provided for holding one or more of pencils fitted with the golf-club-head-shaped erasers. A simulated wheeled golf bag cart is provided for supporting the golf-club-bag-shaped pencil holder. The simulated wheeled golf bag cart includes wheels and a bag-holder portion supported by the wheels. The simulated wheeled golf bag cart includes two wheels. Alternatively, the simulated wheeled golf bag cart includes three wheels, and the wheels weigh more than the bag-holder portion. A simulated golf green is provided for supporting the simulated wheeled golf bag cart on which the golf-club-bag-shaped pencil holder is supported. Additional golf-club-head-shaped erasers and are provided. Each golf-club-head-shaped eraser can simulate a different head of a golf club.

Abstract: An eraser is placed on or near the end of the cover of a felt tip pen. The cover is inserted into the bottom of the pen or on the bottom of the pen itself. For a tapered cover type of pen, the eraser is placed on the flat upper end. For a raised or dimple type of cover, the eraser is placed concentrically around the end away from the dimple like a girdle or belt or flat on the bottom of the pen body. On a type of pen that resembles a fountain pen, the eraser is placed on the top cover on a flat area that may be slightly angled. The eraser can also be an annular ring on the base of the pen body. The eraser can be removable from the pen or can be attached with adhesive.

Abstract: A whiteboard marking pen includes an ink-containing pen casing having an ink applicator extending from a first end of the casing and a plug socket in a second end of the pen casing; a cylindrical pen cap including a socket end surrounding the ink applicator in a capped storage state and a plug first end insertible into the pen casing plug socket in a pen uncapped marking state; and a whiteboard eraser juxtaposed to a cylindrical portion of the pen cap and extending cantilevered outwardly with respect to a distal surface of the cap socket end, such that, when the pen cap is plugged into the pen casing plug socket, a peripheral edge of the cantilevered eraser is positioned for erasing a minor area of an ink image on a whiteboard.

Abstract: An eraser device has an elongated cylindrical finger grip section with an internal bore defined therethrough. An internal conical bore section is aligned with the internal bore so that the device can be slid or fitted onto the writing end of a writing instrument. At least one eraser arm extends radially outward from the finger grip section and angled forward towards the front end of the device. An eraser is configured at the end of the eraser arm so that an operator can use the eraser by merely tilting and rotating the finger grip section to bring the eraser arm and eraser into contact with a writing surface.

Abstract: A pencil eraser or erasable ink ball point pen eraser in the shape and form of a cowling sleeve affixed to the front end of either a double acting mechanical pencil or single acting ball point pen, wherein the writing elements of the pencil or pen may be withdrawn through spring action, making the eraser available for almost immediate application at the writing end of either instrument to erase whatever writing is to be erased, obviating the need for reversal of the ends of either writing instrument for access to an eraser at the non-writing end of these instruments.

Sleeve 11 having an opening adjacent the end point of frustum segment 18 for holding elongated eraser plug 12 within sleeve 11 and adjacent to pencil lead 17 of pencil 16. Eraser plug 12 can be extended out of sleeve 11 or retracted into it by means of barbed piston 13 impaled within the other end of eraser plug 12. Push tab 14 attached to piston 13 extends out through an elongated slot in sleeve 11 to provide a means of sliding piston 13 and eraser plug 12 within sleeve 11.
