When the second motion component rotates with a first angular velocity, the second motion component props against the linking component by the push portion, such that the linking component drives the third motion component to rotate with a second angular velocity by the axle set.

A key clip is used to lock the nut rotationally relative to the sleeve, so that the nut cannot rotate relative to the hanger bolt. A cam arrangement, associated with the frame of the cabinet and a bumper mounted on the door, serves to selectively move the door out of the plane in which it rests when fully closed, to facilitate further opening of the door by grasping of an exposed edge.

    Abstract: A door hinge assembly enabling a vehicle door to be readily removed and rehung during an assembly line operation. Upper and lower hinge door-half sub-assemblies each include a generally hat-shaped door mounting plate secured to the vehicle door and a U-shaped link plate connected to an associated door mounting plate by a pintle pin. Each link plate has a threaded bore in its base wall and a dowel extending downwardly from an upper flange. Upper and lower L-shaped body mounting plates, each having a first leg secured to the body, include an upper web with a dowel hole adapted to receive its associated link plate dowel. Each door mounting plate second leg has a threaded bore while a removable key locks each pair of sub-assembly plates fixing the door in a predetermined hold-open removal mode. To hang the door each link plate depending dowel is inserted in its associated body plate dowel hole aligning their respective threaded bores.

    Abstract: A removable door hinge for motor vehicle doors including two hinge portions to be fastened to the motor vehicle body and the motor vehicle door, respectively. The hinge portions have eye portions defining eye bores. When the hinge is assembled, the eye portions mesh with each other and a hinge pin extends through the eye bores. The two hinge portions are secured against unintentional separation over the permissible pivoting range of the hinge by means of meshing projections and recesses arranged alternatingly on the hinge portions. The hinge pin is divided into two bolt-like halves which are each non-rotatably fastened in an eye portion of one of the hinge portions. A recess serving for the hinge against unintentional separation is provided in the hinge portion to be fixed to the door immediately adjacent the upper eye portion of this hinge portion.

    Abstract: An improved automotive vehicle door hinge assembly enabling the vehicle doors to be quickly removed and reassembled during the assembly line advancement of the vehicle body. The hinge body half comprises a main member and a U-shaped extension member. The main member includes a flat mounting plate portion and a channel shaped angled portion bent outwardly from the plate portion. The U-shaped extension member has a planar base portion provided with right angled side flanges defining a pair of parallel legs each terminating in a hinge knuckle. The main member angled portion is sized for snug nested reception of the U-shaped extension member. An aperture is provided in the extension member base wall aligned with an aperture in the main member channel shaped portion bight wall. Upon tightening a threaded bolt in the aligned apertures the juxtaposed surfaces of the members are adapted for mutual clamped abutment preventing both separation and relative rotation thereof.

    Abstract: A demountable hinge has a hinge pin held captive to a first hinge knuckle by a circlip and releasably held to a second hinge knuckle by a retaining screw threadedly engaged with the second knuckle and having a frusto-conical locking surface which makes a locking engagement with a frusto-conical surface on the hinge pin when the retaining screw is tightened. The engagement between the two frusto-conical surfaces urges the hinge pin axially of the second leaf to provide a firm engagement between a further frusto-conical surface on the pin and a complementary surface on the second knuckle. The hinge knuckles can be separated, for demounting a vehicle door, after partially unscrewing the retaining screw. In one construction in order to reduce the amount by which a door needs to be lifted for demounting, the second knuckle has a cut-out to permit the hinge pin to be disengaged from that knuckle after a reduced axial displacement of the knuckles.

    Abstract: A method of producing pulverized coal as fuel for pulverized-coal pilot burners of pulverized-coal annular burners or of systems thereof in a power plant having auxiliary steam generators. The raw coal undergoes or is subjected to a pulverizing-drying, and the pulverized coal which is produced is separated off in a separating system and is supplied either directly or after temporary storage by means of a suitable transporting system to the pilot burners. The thermal drying energy for the pulverizing system is taken from the flue gases of the auxiliary steam generator. The foregoing method can also be utilized for pulverized-coal burners or systems thereof.
