  • Patent number: 11111708
Abstract: A device for moving a furniture part on an item of furniture, including a guide configured as an articulated lever releasably disposed on an assembly member of the device, which is assembled on the furniture part. The guide includes a securing member movably disposed on the articulated lever and capable of being positioned relative to the articulated lever. In a first position of the securing member a pivoting range of the guide is delimited by the securing member such that the guide in a closing movement is not capable of being moved from the opened position to the closed position. In a second position of the securing member the pivoting range of the guide is released such that the guide, in the closing movement from the opened position, reaches the closed position.

By this, the lock member is brought into a release retaining position where the roller is brought out of the engagement recess.

Abstract: A locking hinge (10) includes a first hinge panel (12a) and a second hinge panel (12b) pivotably connected by a pivot pin (14) about a pivoting axis (P). A locking rod (16) is slidably received by one of the first or second hinge panels (12a, 12b) along a sliding axis (S). The sliding axis (S) is substantially parallel the pivoting axis (P). A vehicle door structure (50) includes a first panel (102a) pivotably connected relative a second panel (102b) by a first hinge (104a). A third panel (102c) is pivotably connected relative the second panel (102b) by the locking hinge (10). Pivotable movement of the second panel (102b) relative the third panel (102c) is prevented when the locking hinge (10) is in a locked state. The third panel (102c) is pivotably connected to a vehicle floor (106) by a second hinge (104c) to permit unobstructed access to a stowage cavity (125) under the vehicle floor (106) for stowing a collapsible stow-to-floor seat (150).

Abstract: A portable disk device includes a protective housing with a containing room and a portable disk disposed inside the containing room via a movable pivot means. The portable disk can be rotated between the retraction and first positions. A torsion means is included to interact with the portable disk and the movable pivot means to store potential energy. A movable component is used to interact with interaction portions to make the portable disk able/unable to have a movement relative to the protective housing. At the retraction position, the portable disk is positioned inside the containing room and the torsion means has the potential energy to slide out the portable disk. After the interaction between the movable component and the interaction portions is released, the portable disk is slid out. Afterward, the portable disk can be placed at the second position and only has the electrical connector being placed outside.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a rotation-stop mechanism for a folder of a portable wireless terminal. The rotation-stop mechanism enables the folder to be opened away from the terminal body at various angles, according to the user's need, while smoothly maintaining the opening and closing operation of the folder. The rotation-stop mechanism can stop the rotation of the folder in a state wherein the folder is opened away from the terminal body at an angle of or about 90°, according to the user's need, while allowing the folder to be smoothly opened away from or closed to the terminal body. Further, the folder can be freely opened away from the terminal body at angles of at or about 90° or at or about 150°. Furthermore, in the case of the portable wireless terminal installed with a camera lens, since the folder can be firmly fixed when it is opened away from the terminal body at an angle of or about 90°, the portable wireless terminal is advantageous for stable image capturing and video communications.

The rail lock is configured to lock the right rail to the left rail upon movement of the left and right rails to an in-line erected position and movement of the rail lock in a first direction along the pivot axis to a rail-locking position. Once the rail lock is moved in an opposite second direction along the pivot axis to a rail-releasing position, the left and right rails are free to pivot relative to one another about the pivot axis to assume a side-by-side collapsed position. An extensible cord is coupled at one end to the left rail and at another end to the right rail and supported in the middle on a lock housing containing the rail lock to define a bowed fabric support overlying a portion of the left and right rails.

Abstract: Abutment projections (54, 54) of a resin-made driver member (not shown) are inserted in the opposite end portions of a key groove (41) of a metal-made turnable member (4) in the circumferential direction. A key portion (B3) of a receiving cylindrical portion is inserted between the abutment projections (54, 54). The interval between the abutment projections (54, 54) in the circumferential direction is set to be slightly larger than the width of the key portion (B3). By doing so, when a transmission section is turned into an open position or a closed position, the abutment projections (54, 54) and the key portion (B3) are collided with each other, thereby generating a click sound. Moreover, since both the abutment projections (54, 54) and the key portion (B3) are formed of resin, they can be prevented from getting worn out soon.
