The detent device is also comprised of a sliding surface (16), which is kinematically joined to the second hinge part (4), is provided essentially in the shape of a sector of a circle, is arranged, with regard to its radius of curvature, coaxial to the rotational axis (8), and which comprises at least one detent position (14) that interacts with the detent element (12).
