Abstract: A portable computer includes a computer body and a handle. The handle, operable to be located at a closed position and an open position relative to the computer body, includes a body component for holding of a user, a movable member and an auxiliary member. One end of the movable member is pivotally connected to the body component and the other end is pivotally connected to the computer body. The auxiliary component is disposed on one end of the body component, and is abutted against one side of the movable member. During a movement process of the handle between the closed position and the open position, at least a portion of the movable member is kept in contact with the auxiliary member. When the handle is at the closed position and the open position, the auxiliary member and the body component jointly secure the movable member.

The board portion and extension portions together form a recess. The casings are demountably fixed to the extension portions. The casings and the main body together form a movement space and a protruding post. The handle unit includes a gripping member and two movement elements. The movement elements are movably disposed at two ends of the gripping member. The movement elements each have a guiding through hole for fitting around a column of the main body. The gripping member is operable to switch between an opened position and a shut position relative to the main body because of the movement elements. The handle unit separates from the main body when the casings are removed from the main body.

Abstract: A portable information handling system manages thermal conditions of an external surface based upon context that indicates user presence versus use in a standalone mode, such as based upon movements sensed by an accelerometer, touches sensed by a capacitive sensor, and the rotational orientation of the system housing. In one embodiment, a motorized hinge varies a time to close the housing so that the housing external surface cools sufficiently for an end user touch. A color coded light illuminates that the housing to provide the end user a visual indication of the housing temperature.

In this manner, as the bow is taken from the archer's shoulder, the sling is quietly drawn tight between the retracting mechanisms and out of the way of the archer's use of the bow.
