Abstract: A track rail heating assembly that is adapted to position a heater element in spaced relation proximate to a surface of a track rail of a railroad. The assembly includes at least one heating element, and a housing that is operable to at least partially surround the heating element while positioning the heating element near to track rail. The hood positions the heating element relative to the rail section such that a gap exists between the heating element and the rail section. As the heating element does not contact the rail, the heating element cannot form an electrical by-pass for signals passing through the rail section. The assembly further incorporates a flexible barrier that at least partially isolates a side surface of the track rail from ambient conditions to reduce heat loss.
Abstract: The displacement device includes a guide carriage that is slidable along a running rail and that is pivotally connectable to a first separation element. The guide carriage includes a carriage body with a carriage head and a carriage foot, which carriage head and carriage foot are connected with one another by a connecting beam, wherein the carriage head holds at least one support wheel and at least two guide wheels and wherein the carriage foot is connected torque proof with a first end piece of a hinge lever, whose second end piece is pivotally held by a hinge shaft that is connectable to a sidewall of the first separation element.

Abstract: A guide assembly for a folding panel assembly or system, the guide assembly including a first body section for locating the assembly in a guide channel and a second body section for carrying a bolt that passes through a hinge for attachment to a folding panel, wherein the second body section is pivotally mounted to the first body section so as to adopt either a left or right handed orientation relative to the first body section.
Abstract: An automatic hinge having an upper or left hand section with an arcuate interior or lower edge, a central section with an arcuate left hand or upper edge and an arcuate right hand or lower edge, and a lower or right hand section with an upper or interior edge. The sections are preferably cylindrical and the edges generally elliptical. A drive moves the central section linearly between the upper and lower sections. As the central and upper sections engage, the central section will rotate in one direction. As the central section engages the lower section, the central section will rotate in the opposite direction. A gate is preferably attached to the central section. By linearly moving the central section, the gate is lifted and turned. The preferred configuration allows the hinge to open a gate inward or outward in both a left hand mount and a right hand mount.
Abstract: A buffer includes a grommet having a tube portion, an attaching portion and an elastic engaging piece projecting inside the tube portion; an engaging member having an engaging step portion provided on an outer surface thereof for engaging the elastic engaging piece to prevent the engaging member from coming out in a counter-insertion direction when the engaging member is inserted into the tube portion in an insertion direction; and a damper main member having an abutting portion provided in a middle in a longitudinal direction for abutting against the engaging member when the damper main member is inserted into the engaging member. A projecting length adjustable device is formed for moving the damper main member in the counter-insertion direction and for fixing a projecting length of the damper main member projecting from the grommet.
