Abstract: A shower curtain displacement apparatus for use in a bathtub includes a curved rod having a first end and a second end; a first attachment device positioned at the first end of the curved rod and attached to the first end via a first pivot joint; a second attachment device positioned at the second end of the curved rod and attached to the first end via a second pivot joint; the curved rod is to extend a length of the bathtub and secure to sidewalls of the bathtub via the first and second attachment devices; the curved rod is to pivot relative to the sidewalls of the bathtub into a first position and a second position; and the first position is to displace a shower curtain away from the bathtub and the second position is to allow the shower curtain to retract closer to the bathtub.
Abstract: A convertible beach cart and canopy apparatus includes a lower frame portion having front and rear support members and side members extending between opposed ends of the front and the rear support members. Wheels are coupled to opposed ends of the rear support members. The apparatus includes a rear frame portion having at least one upstanding support bar fixedly attached to the rear support member, the rear frame portion include a top support member coupled to an upper end of the at least one support bar. An upper frame portion is rotatably coupled to the top support member such that the canopy frame portion is movable between a stowed configuration generally adjacent the lower frame portion and an expanded configuration extending away from the top support member. A canopy is coupled to an end of the canopy frame portion and configured to shade an area adjacent the rear frame portion.
Abstract: A thermal barrier system for a dock leveling system includes an insulative blanket is dimensioned to be larger than the ramp plate of a dock leveler system at a loading dock. The insulative blanket is removably attached to at least a portion of the door when positioned over the ramp plate. The insulative blanket can be attached to the door when the door opens, lifting the blanket out of the way during loading and unloading operations.
Abstract: A protective device for a loading space of a motor vehicle has at least one sheet-like structure that can be transferred alternatively into a vertical or into a horizontal protective position. The sheet-like structure has at least reduced light permeability in its horizontal protective position and increased light permeability in its vertical protective position. It is important that the sheet-like structure is configured as a spacer structure.

Abstract: A system and method for converting a sliding door installation in which the door is mounted within at least one section of track mounted on the upper, or lintel, side of the door opening into a swing open or hinged door. According to one aspect an elongate support member that includes a first end and a second end is used. The first end of the elongate member adapted for insertion into the section of track mounted on the lintel side of the door opening. A mechanism for hingedly supporting a door from the elongate support member is also included, so that the hinged door may be supported from the elongate support member to close off at least part of the door opening. According to another aspect, a system or kit is taught for converting a hinged, bi-folding door to a hinged, double door system. The kit allows the use of the existing doors by providing a set of spacers that allow proper fit of the existing doors and allow clearance for the hinges within the door opening.
Abstract: A support device (1) for a curtain (2), in particular for room with at least a floor (P) and a wall (4) in relation to which the curtain (2) is hung, comprising at least one guide element (5) along which slides at least one mechanism (10) for raising the curtain (2) and designed to guide the movement of a corresponding cord (11) or the like connects to a free end of the said curtain, said movement permitting said end to be raised from the floor parallel to the said wall. The said device (1) comprises means of control (40, 50) that determine the movement of the cord or the like with respect to the raising mechanism (10) and the sliding movement of the latter along the guide element (5). Said movements of the cord and raising mechanism occur in two mutually orthogonal directions.
