A bead chain is wound on the bead chain wheel. When the bead chain is pulled down, the shaft sleeve can drive the rotation of the bead chain wheel. The upper part of the cover is pivotally connected to the base, and the lower part of the cover buckles the base. Therefore, when the bead chain is instantly pulled down, the cover can be opened to drop the bead chain wheel.

    Abstract: A looped-cord system includes a beaded cord having a set of beads connected in series to form a loop with a space between each pair of adjacent beads. In one embodiment a stop sized to fit within the space between a pair of adjacent beads is attached to a housing. A resilient finger located opposite the stop pushes a portion of the beaded cord adjacent to and not engaging the sprocket against the stop so the stop is within a space between a pair of adjacent beads, thereby preventing movement of the cord loop. Applying tension to the cord loop overcomes the resilient finger and moves the cord away from the stop enabling movement of the cord loop. In another embodiment a key engages the sprocket preventing the sprocket from turning until tension is applied to the cord loop by proper installation of the tensioner on the cord loop.

    Abstract: A composite pull-chain disc mechanism with brake function for a door operator comprises a torsional spring having de-twisting and twisting sides. The weight of a door curtain always acts on the de-twisting sides, so that the inner diameter of the torsional spring is induced to shrink to brake the rotation of the central shaft of the door operator. If twisting sides bears an external force, the inner diameter of the torsional spring is induced to enlarge to release braking of the central shaft. Furthermore, the composite pull-chain disc mechanism can be adapted to an electric door operator. In the case of detaching an electric motor mechanism during maintenance, the door operator can still be operated to open/close a door in a manual mode through the composite pull-chain disc mechanism.

    Abstract: The invention is a chain locking mount for mounting the roller chain portion of a roller blind to a support surface such as a wall or window frame. The mount is configured to prevent the chain from being operated when the mount loosens from the support surface. The mount further includes a lock member mounted adjacent the aperture, the lock member being movable between a locked position wherein the chain is prevented from moving through the aperture and an open position wherein the chain is free to move through the aperture.
