Fluid Pressure Type Patents (Class 164/261)
  • Patent number: 11498813
Abstract: A vertical lift system includes a cable with a pair of mounting loops positioned at opposite end portions of the cable, a lift bar, and a pair of cable blocks mounted to the lift bar at opposite end portions of the lift bar. The cable is mountable to the lift bar at the pair of cable blocks. A lift block is mounted to the lift bar between the pair of cable blocks. A spreader bar is mountable to the cable. The spreader bar includes an elongated shaft and a pair of cable couplings mounted to elongated shaft at opposite end positions of the elongated shaft. The cable is extendable through the pair of cable blocks on the lift bar and the pair of cable couplings of the spreader bar such that spreader bar is positioned between the lift block and the pair of mounting loops of the cable.

  • Publication number: 20010054492
Abstract: Process and apparatus for producing a cast metallic product by forming a metal from a melt inside a forming space of a die under application of pressure to the melt according to a direct melt-forming method, in which while a melt into a forming space of a lower die unit, a piston valve closely slidable in a cylinder space is gradually descended to a given location in the forming space, said cylinder space being located under the casing space and opened to a bottom surface of the forming space at an area smaller than that of said bottom surface; the forming space is closed with an upper die unit after completion of feeding the melt in the forming space; and after the closing step, while vibration is being applied upon the melt inside the forming space, a forming pressure is exerted upon the melt by rising the piston valve.

  • Patent number: 6149292
Abstract: The oscillating table comprises a movable part on which a mould of a continuous casting machine is located. The movable part is coupled via eccentrics to a driving mechanism for introducing an upward and downward oscillation motion in order to prevent the cast steel from remaining stuck to the wall of the mould. In contradistinction to the known oscillating tables according to the invention the eccentrics are not uniformly driven. To this end the driving mechanism comprises driving means for driving the eccentrics with a non-uniform angular speed. In a preferred embodiment the driving means comprise hydraulic motors provided with a control system. The hydraulic motors are electronically synchronised and as a safeguard being coupled to each other by a synchronisation shaft. In this way the facility is obtained to operate any lifting and descending motion of the casting mould.
