The angle between the rotary tilling blade roller and an advancing direction of the tractor is 55˜70° while the rotary blade tips are all toward the right side of the advancing direction. Side force balance blades are installed to the left side of the oblique blade roller, rotate in a plane that is parallel to the advancing direction, and have a rotating center axis disposed at an angle to the oblique blade roller to balance the axial component force of the oblique blade roller.

One of the intermediate gears is selectively meshable with the transmission gear member to shift the tiller frame laterally in either direction by utilizing the power for driving the tine shaft of the tiller unit.

Mechanism is also provided for pivoting the tool bar to elevate the implement above the ground when desired, for supporting the tool bar while implements are changed, and for holding the implement firmly against the ground when required.
