When the positioning portion of the valve rod is stopped against the valve seat and the valve seat is stopped against the gas control member, the air intake passage is blocked. When the valve rod is biased relative to the valve seat, the positioning portion is moved away from the air hole of the valve seat for allowing a compressed gas to pass through the air hole, and when the valve rod is biased further to carry the valve seat away from the gas control member, the compressed gas is allowed to pass between the valve seat and the gas control member.

Abstract: A reciprocating pneumatic tool has an integrated module of a cylinder and flow reversing assembly. The tool allows the reversible actuating slot to be recessed integrally onto the air pressure guiding seat. The air pressure guiding seat is separated from the cylinder body via a partition board. Compared with the prior art, the partition board, air pressure guiding seat's assembly end surface and cylinder body's inner assembly end can be grinded precisely to realize accurate fitness of various components. The partition board of a planar sheet permits very easy and precise grinding, so the integrated module of cylinder and flow reversing assembly enables simplification of the processing and mass production, reduction of the fabrication/processing cost, and shortening of the assembly time and minimization of the defect with better applicability and industrial benefits.

Abstract: A structure of a reversing actuating module of reciprocating pneumatic tools adopts an adaptation between the stage-shaped reversing block and the stage-shaped receiving groove. The bottom end of the air inlet flow path configured in the center of the air pressure inlet seat is not connected to the stage-shaped receiving groove through a straight hole, but a twisted hole formed through the inclined hole configured in the air pressure inlet seat to connect the air inlet flow path alternatively. Further, the diameter of the lower end of the inclined hole is partially enlarged so that the auxiliary ventilating part is corresponded to the area of expanding groove of the stage-shaped receiving groove. The structure can omit the configuration of a spacing ring component, while maintaining the function of reversing actuation. Therefore, the present invention can help to reduce production and processing cost, assembly time, and defect rate.

Abstract: A monodirectional intake pressure stabilization structure of pneumatic tool includes a tool main body and a pressure stabilization unit. The pressure stabilization unit is disposed in a first directional intake passage formed in the tool main body for controlling the pressure of the air guided by the first directional intake passage into an air chamber of the tool main body. Accordingly, excessively great intake pressure can be avoided so as to avoid over-torque output of the pneumatic tool. In this case, the pneumatic tool can stably output power within a safety range in accordance with the requirements of actual use. The pressure stabilization unit can be a pressure stabilizer or a pressure relief valve.
