  • Patent number: 11536361
Abstract: A modular gearbox assembly for a wind turbine having improved up-tower serviceability includes a low-speed gear stage module, a separate, intermediate-speed gear stage module adjacent to the low-speed gear stage module, and a separate high-speed gear stage module adjacent to the intermediate-speed gear stage module. The gearbox assembly also includes a first flange removably connecting the intermediate and high-speed gear stage modules and a second flange removably connecting the intermediate and low-speed gear stage modules. Thus, the low-speed gear stage module converts a low-speed, high torque input from a rotor shaft of the wind turbine to a high-speed, low torque output for a generator of the wind turbine via the intermediate and high-speed gear stage modules. In addition, the first and second flanges allow for easy disassembly of the gear stage modules such that the various stages can be easily repaired, replaced, and/or inspected.

Abstract: An anti-deflection structure for a chassis of a remote-controlled car includes a board which is added below a central differential gear at a center of a chassis, to strengthen a rigid structure of the chassis. A center of the board is provided with a hollow part for emplacing a gear set of the central differential gear, and an exterior side of the hollow part is provided with a plurality of pivoting holes. The pivoting holes correspond to through-holes on the chassis for locking the central differential gear, thereby locking and fixing the board. In addition, the hollow part is locked at columns of the central differential gear by transfixing screws from bottom to top into the pivoting holes and the through-holes. On the other hand, front and rear ends of the board provide for connection of two support arms, thereby constituting the anti-deflection structure for the chassis.

Abstract: An improved suspending and stabilizing structure for a remote control car at least comprises a primary frame and two supporting arms moveably connected to two sides of the primary frame. The primary frame is provided with a holder on the bottom which can be provided with a cover at the front end. Besides, transmission shafts are connected to the primary frame for the installation of wheels. Corresponding holding holes and through holes are provided on the holder and the cover, respectively, while one end of the supporting arms may provided with a recession, on two sides of which are provided with corresponding holes. Threaded holes are provided at the outer sides of the holding holes and through holes, such that a front differential can be fastened thereto by way of screws, thereby the supporting arms can be lengthened to the greatest extent and that when the wheels run on rough roads, the oscillation range of the supporting arms can be reduced, thus enhancing the stability of the traveling vehicle.
