Abstract: A wall-mountable perch includes: a frame including: first horizontal side members; a first cross member connected to each of the first horizontal side members proximate to a respective distal end of each of the first horizontal side members; second horizontal side members connected to the first horizontal side members; a platform connected to the second horizontal side members; a plurality of support arms each having a proximal end connected proximate to a proximal end of the frame, each support arm extending vertically upward from the frame and being configured to be flexible to bend along a respective length of each of the plurality of support arms; tension arms each connected to a respective horizontal side member; and adjusting means for producing tension in the tension arms and for causing a second cross member of the wall-mountable perch to move closer to the platform.

A removable drip tray is removably coupled to the underside of the main support platform and is in fluid communication with the drain hole.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods, devices, apparatuses, kits, and systems for supporting an object at an opening of a structure, such as a window of a building. In an aspect of the present disclosure, an apparatus includes one or more members that define an interior section and an exterior section. The interior section configured to be coupled to the structure via a first surface of a structure, and the exterior section configured to be coupled to the structure via a second surface of the structure. The apparatus further includes a brace coupled to the one or more members and that extends through a member of the one or more members. Abstract: An apparatus for supporting an object at a window of a building comprises a first member, a second member, and a third member. The first member extends along at least a partial width of the window and abuts an interior surface of the building. The first member is configured to support the object by exerting an outward force on the interior surface of the building in response to a downward force exerted by the object. The first member also comprises at least two sections extending from the interior of the building to the exterior of the building. These sections may extend from the interior of the building to the exterior of the building about respective distal ends of the first member. The sum of the forces applied on the surfaces of the building are sufficient to secure the object to the building.

Abstract: A safety railing system and a method provide a walkway on a tanker trailer so that a user may access the top of the tanker trailer. A ladder provides access to the walkway connected to a frame on the tanker trailer. A railing adjacent to the walkway provides a handrail for the user. A lever pivots relative to the frame to move the railing from a collapsed position to an upright position for use. The railing locks in the upright position for use and also locks in the collapsed position for stowage during transport of the tanker trailer.

The structure is in the form of a rectangular box formed of frame members pivotably fastened to each other and fitted on each side, with a diagonal strut which is pinned in position to hold the structure open, and which bears against an external wall. A pair of horizontal struts extend from the erected box across the sill of a window and are each fitted with pivotal clamp arms to grip the inside structure wall under the window sill to hold the box in position for use.
