Abstract: A continuous processing device for forming bamboo fiber includes a machine rail, a cart guide rail, a cart, and a clamp for clamping a bamboo strip. The cart and the clamp are connected through a connecting plate. The machine rail is formed with a slot along a path of the machine rail. The machine rail includes a head linear rail section, a conical spiral rail section and a tail linear rail section arranged in sequence. The cart guide rail includes a head linear guide rail section, a conical spiral guide rail section and a tail linear guide rail section arranged in sequence. A continuous processing method for forming bamboo fiber using the continuous processing device is disclosed.

Abstract: A method of splitting hollow cellulosic fibers employs the steps of wetting the fibers, feeding the wet fibers to a gaseous flow, and conducting the gaseous flow carrying the fibers through a venturi tube, the pressure drop in the venturi tube throat bringing a pressure difference between liquid inside the fibers and gas outside of the fibers and causing the fibers to split in their longitudinal direction, to open the lumen inside the fibers.
Abstract: A fibrous plant stalk decorticator is disclosed. The decorticator includes a feeding device a breaker roll having a first plurality of blades, and a skutcher roll having a second plurality of blades. The skutcher is positioned such that the first and second pluralities of blades overlap. A plurality of air outlets pass through the blades and are configured to provided pressurized air to the fibrous plant stalk as it is passed through the decorticator.
