Abstract: An foldable shelf includes: a foldable support body, where the support body can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state; several layer plates, where the several layer plates fit with the support body to form a storage space in the unfolded state and reduce a volume of the foldable shelf in the folded state; and a fixing mechanism for securing the layer plates to the support body, where the fixing mechanism includes: a first fastener, where an outer surface of the first fastener is provided with at least one protrusion; and a second fastener, where the second fastener is provided with a groove for accommodating the first fastener; where a side wall of the groove is provided with a through hole matching the protrusion.

Abstract: An item storage device for securely storing items comprising: a receptacle defining a storage area for receiving an item to be stored; a fastener for opening and closing the receptacle and which operably cooperates with a lock mechanism for selectively securing the fastener in a closed position and for unsecuring the fastener for allowing the fastener to be set from the closed into an open position; and an alarm system which is operably coupled with the receptacle and which may be armed when the fastener is secured, the armed alarm system providing an output responsive to detecting that the structural integrity of the receptacle is compromised.

Abstract: The garment bag of the present invention offers two means of hanging garments, both on the interior and on the exterior of the bag. The interior hangers are used when packing, storing, and transporting the user's garments. The exterior collapsible and removable rack is employed when the bag is used at an event/competition. This hanging system is an improvement over existing dance bags in two distinct ways: the upright bag design with the interior hangers allows the user to effectively fit, store, and organize their garments while existing bags lack the interior storage and hanging system; and the present bag provides a collapsible and removable rack that is easily set up and inserted into the bag's exterior holders for holding the garments external to the bag when at an event/competition. Existing dance bags with similar racks require a more difficult assembly and the bag must lie horizontal rather than upright.

Abstract: A portable wardrobe storage and changing device for transporting uniforms and costumes to a performance site and then convert into a private changing station. The device includes a rigid internal frame with a lower frame and a perpendicularly aligned upward extending frame member. Attached to the lower frame are two wheels. Extending around the frame is a four-sided elongated bag with an adjustable upper lid. The elongated bag also includes a first vertical slide connector and a second horizontal slide connector that allows the bag to selectively opened or closed around the internal frame. Disposed between the lid and the elongated bag is a third slide connector that allows three edges of the lid to be selectively detached from the bag. When the three slide connectors are detached, the lid may be lifted and the two side panels and the two front panel sections maybe opened and extended to form a changing station.

The mobile carrier includes first and second opposed side rails, each side rail having a portion extending outwardly from the cargo platform, the opposed side rails being adjustably coupled to the cargo platform such that multiple distances between the outwardly extending portion of each side rail may be respectively maintained. The mobile carrier includes first and second opposed end rails, each end rail having a portion extending outwardly from the cargo platform, the opposed end rails being adjustably coupled to the cargo platform such that multiple distances between the outwardly extending portion of each end rail may be respectively maintained. The mobile carrier includes a rod. A receiving structure is configured to maintain the rod at multiple respective positions relative to the receiving structure, the rod and the receiving structure being separable from one another.

Abstract: An expansion mechanism for use with a piece of luggage, the expansion mechanism being designed to resiliently support, but not rigidly lock, a piece of expandable luggage in an extended position. The expansion mechanism allows for float at intermediate positions between a collapsed and extended position further preventing damage to the mechanism by allowing it to internally shift to compensate for shocks, and to allow the mechanism to continue to function even if it is bent or damaged. The expansion mechanism also allows for moveable parts of the mechanism and pinch points to be protected from interaction with the contents of the luggage.

Abstract: A pop-up container, including four side panels, a top panel and a floor panel constructing a close structure. At least one of the side panel has a zipper that allows the pop-up container to be open sufficiently wide such that one can easily store or access clothes in the container. The walls of the container are made of flexible and foldable material. At least two opposite panels comprise foldable perimeters with tension-loop frames so that the pop-up container can be collapsed into a flat piece and received in a carrying bag. The pop-up container further comprises a hanger bar detachably connected to the container for hanging clothes. The hanger bar may be supported from the ground to provide additional support to the hanger bar and container to prevent from bowing or buckling of the container. A method is also provided in which an enclosure is formed by un-coiling a plurality of panels each having a tension-loop frame with the panels being joined together to form the enclosure.

Two inner pipes are inserted in the corresponding outer pipes. The second handle is disposed under the first handle. Two driven rods are inserted in the corresponding inner pipes. The upper ends of each drive rod are inserted in the corresponding recess holes of the first handle.

Abstract: A retractable handle control mechanism including a movable control block mounted in a longitudinal hole on the transverse handgrip of the retractable handle and moved by a control knob, two beveled edged links connected between the beveled guide blocks of two release control rods, which are moved in the inner tubes, and the two opposite bevel edges of the movable control block, and return control spring means, whereby when the control knob is depressed to lower the movable control block, the links are moved outwards in reversed directions to force the bevel guide blocks of the release control rods downwards, causing the release control rods to release the respective latches from the sleeves for permitting the inner tubes to be moved by the transverse handgrip between the retracted position and the extended position.

Abstract: A handle or pull link for a trunk includes: a main pull link, an extension tube, an outer tube, a controller and a ratchet rack. Each end of the main pull link includes a square groove. The extension tube constitutes a square hollow post and has a link therein. The outer tube also constitutes a square hollow post. The controller includes a fixing seat, an engagement tooth and a control plate. Square grooves of both the extension tube and the main link engage each other with an adjusting rod penetrating through the extension tube parallel to the pull link by means of vertical square holes on each side so as to be movable up and down. The controller is fitted to the end of the extension tube with the link bar in the extension tube being connected to the adjusting rod and controller, while the extension tube is slidably fitted to the outer tube.

Abstract: A retractable handle includes two parallel sleeves, a hollow cross member connected between the sleeves at the top, and two extension rods connected in parallel and moved in and out of the sleeves. The cross member is provided with a spring supported pressure plate, the pressure plate having two oblique guide grooves at two opposite ends and two spring supported lock bolts received in the guide grooves. The lock bolts are forced through through holes on the cross member and the sleeves into locating holes on the extension rods to lock the extension rods in position when the extension rods are extended out of the sleeves; the lock bolts are released from the locating holes on the extension rods when the pressure plate is depressed, permitting the extension rods to be moved to the collapsed position received inside the sleeves.

A handle is secured on top of the tubes and has a hand grip slidably engaged in the lower portion. Two blocks are secured to the lower ends of the tubes. Two catches are slidably engaged in the blocks. Two bars are slidably engaged in the catches and the blocks and coupled to the hand grip. The catches are forced to engage with the teeth when the hand grip is not pulled and are disengaged from the teeth so as to release tubes from the pipes when the hand grip is released.

Abstract: Past garment bags have included expansion features such as a peripheral zipper in the rail portion to permit the garment bag to expand to accommodate a greater number of clothes. A hanger bar for supporting clothes on hangers has also been provided which has a collapsed condition for supporting few hangers, and an expanded condition for supporting a greater number of hangers corresponding to the expanded condition of the garment bag in which the hanger bar is suspended. Such hanger bars have failed to include an effective means for holding the hooked portions of ordinary closet-type hangers in either the collapsed or expanded condition of the hanger bar. Disclosed is such a garment bag with a hanger bar having hanger retaining means which is effective whether the hanger bar has a shortened length corresponding to the collapsed condition of the garment bag or a lengthened condition corresponding to an expanded condition of the garment bag.

User carrying means including handles and/straps are fixable to the spine in a manner known in the art.
