Abstract: The disclosure provides a container for carrying trash bags. The container includes a first compartment in a rectangular prism having a top wall and a first side wall operable to open and close for access to the first compartment. The container also includes a second compartment in a triangular prism and secured to the first compartment. The second compartment includes first and second side walls connected to the top wall of the first compartment on bottom edges of the first and second side walls and an opening operable for access to the second compartment. The container may also include a first strap coupled to a second portion of a buckle clip and a second strap coupled to a second portion of the buckle clip and operable to secure to the first portion of the buckle clip. The first and second straps and the buckle clip are operable to attach the container to a janitorial cart.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organizer, comprising a fabric folded to form multiple overlapping layers, to form at least one slot for receiving a clipboard or similar rigid panel, the fabric being further joined along opposing edges between other layers to form a pocket, and a layer providing a cove. Additional options include a mechanism (e.g., hook-and-loop, snap, elastic cord, button, clasp, zipper, etc.) for holding the cover layer in position.

Abstract: A carrying case includes a first storage unit and a second storage unit. The second storage unit is moveable away from the first storage unit from a stowed position to an extended position to define a gap between the first storage unit and the second storage unit in the extended position. A tray extends across the gap from the first storage unit to the second storage unit. At least a portion of the tray is disposed in the second storage unit in the stowed position and extends along the gap in the extended position. Contents of the first storage unit and/or the second storage unit may be removed from the storage unit and supported on the tray during use of the contents.

The pocket can further include first and second magnetic assemblies disposed along the first and the second edges. The pliable ends, front, and back provide for collapse when the apparatus is not laden. The top is permanently affixed to the back and removably affixed to the two ends and the front. A unique hook latch provides for latch and release via stretching the pliable front and top. The rigid, removable bottom insert provides greater apparatus rigidity in use. Partially recessed wheels are fitted to the bottom. Straps encircle the bottom and extend up a majority of the sides, where the straps and handles are reinforced, so that the apparatus can be pulled or carried by the straps.

Abstract: An apparatus for the protection and transportation of cargo includes a planar bottom, four upright sides that are hingedly attached to the planar bottom and a top member that preferably is detachable. The four upright sides includes flexible corners that permit them to fold down on top of the planar bottom. The top is then secured over the collapsed upright sides for storage of the apparatus. To use the apparatus, the upright sides are raised, the cargo is placed on top of the planar bottom intermediate the upright sides, and the top is secured in position over the cargo and the top edges of the upright sides.

To create advantageous handling characteristics, it is proposed that the front wall (6) of the base body, which rests on the back wall (5), forms an inclined surface which is sloped from the base (2) to the upper frontal wall (4) and has two laterally adjacent cover sections (7, 8) which are mounted in such a way that they can swing open about the edges pointing towards each other and extending in the direction of the height of the front wall (6).

The top lid portion is held in place against the CD holding portion of the portable apparatus through attachment means. With the top lid portion moved upwardly and away, the CD holding portion which holds a plurality of compact discs is exposed so that the user can take one or more of the compact discs and remove it from the CD holding portion. Thereafter, the CD holding portion itself can be moved away from the bottom CD player holding portion of the portable carrying apparatus.

The handbag has arcuate flexible side walls that expand when the front and rear walls of the bag are spread apart to an open position for the bag. The side walls cooperate with the flap arrangement to form a smaller opening that is closed by the flap arrangement when the front and rear walls are moved toward each other into a closed position. The two flaps of the flap arrangement are connected to the front and rear walls respectively, and extend toward each other when the handbag is in the open position. Both are flexible so that they can be pushed downwardly or upwardly to expand the bag opening and allow items to be inserted, removed or seen more easily. In their unflexed, rest positions one flap is lower than the other so that when the front and rear walls are moved toward each other into the closed position, the flaps overlap.

Within the middle compartment are a plurality of sub-compartments sized for holding various personal safety items such as mace, a wireless phone and a pager. A closure flap is provided for partially covering the middle compartment. The closure flap is sized and arranged to allow unrestricted access to those personal safety items which are adjacent to the sides of the body when the closure flap is in a closed position. A closeable front and rear compartment are provided to store other miscellaneous personal items.

The wing sections are foldable over the reinforced portion of the central area in overlapping relationship with each other to form a closed container for articles placed therein. The fasteners include a securing member which secures the lower flap and side flaps or wing sections together to form an envelope of adjustable thickness and which is open at its top side. Abstract: The present invention is drawn to an improved method of making a document file which has a pair of covers and a plurality of file elements laminated one upon another between the covers. The file elements are hot-sealed together and to the covers. The covers each have an auxiliary sheet hot-sealed to the cover body. The outermost file elements are hot-sealed to the auxiliary sheets of the covers. Thus, no dents or recesses are formed on the cover by hot-sealing the outermost file elements to the respective covers.

The opposite edge of member 18 foldably connects top member 38, which in turn is foldably connected to front flap member 42. Upon folding to form a briefcase, the folded side members, being inwardly spaced, support the other members in their folded positions.
