The first package is ejected in a short impulse so as to minimize a transfer of kinetic energy to a second package, thus minimizing the effect of static inertia of the second package on the first package.

The currency container includes a coin inlet, a bill inlet, and a lock-incorporated shutter that opens and closes a tag. When the shutter is operated to open, RFID wireless verification is performed between an antenna located in the container unit and the tag of the currency container. When predetermined conditions including accomplishment of the RFID verification are satisfied, rotation of a receiver handle is permitted. When the receiver handle is rotated once, a safe main body of a safe, which is located in the safe unlocking machine, is solely moved rearward. The currency in the safe main body falls down due to its own weight and is stored in the currency container.

The first unit mounts inside a coin-operated machine in alignment with the coin chute for receiving coins passing through the first unit. This second unit also includes a door, which slides to an open condition by two teeth from the first unit when the second unit is connected by sliding into the first unit. The door is pushing the pivoting arm, which passes the snap stops and stays in preset condition. A pivoting arm is attached to the pivoting stopper with a spring between them. When the second unit is removed from the first unit, the door slides to a closed condition and releases the stopper. The spring lifts the stopper and blocks the door from sliding to an open condition. Only an authorized person can unlock the locked coin receptacle.

Abstract: A coin retrieval device for a pay phone includes a panel having a shaft with a retrieval lever extending radially therefrom. A guide device is pivotably connected to the panel about two pins on two ends of the guide device. The guide device includes a guide plate and a jam plate pivotably connected to the end plate of the guide plate. A gap is defined between the guide plate and the jam plate for coins passing therethrough via a coin slot defined through the guide plate. One of the two pins has a torsion spring mounted thereto which has two ends respectively connected to the retrieval lever and the guide plate. The guide device can be pivoted relative to the panel by lifting the retrieval lever, and a distal end of the jam plate is pivoted toward the coin slot to prevent coins from being inserted into the coin slot.

The shopping cart rental system includes a plurality of rental assemblies. Each of the rental assemblies comprises a housing. The housing comprises an upper portion. A lower portion is couplable to the upper portion. A plurality of coin slots are located on a front face of the upper portion. A key slot is formed through a rear face of said upper portion. A key is for inserting into the key slot. The key is coupled to the upper portion of the housing. A key retaining assembly is for retaining the key in the key slot. A coin operated assembly for actuating the key retaining assembly. The coin operated assembly is operationally coupled between the coin slot and the key slot.
