  • Patent number: 11584594
Abstract: A smart moving platform for transport of components in manufacturing includes a vehicle body, a transmission device, a conveying system, a detection device, a tag installation device, a control unit, and a tag reader. The conveying system conveys components. The detection device detects a location of the component and in a first predetermined area, the tag installation device installs and activates a tag on the component. The control unit writes component information to the activated tag and sets a predetermined period. The tag starts to count time elapsing, and the conveyor belt conveys the component to a second predetermined area. The tag reader reads the component information, the elapsed time, and a predetermined period of the tag. When the elapsed time matches the predetermined period, the conveying system sends the component to a third predetermined area.

  • Publication number: 20140284173
Abstract: Feeding appliances have an elongate continuous conveyor (14) which serves as a distributing conveyor. The distributing conveyor is required only in certain usage situations. Said distributing conveyor must thus be detached when not in use. Detachment is also required for the transportation of the feeding appliance by road. In the case of known feeding appliances, the attachment and detachment of the longitudinal conveyor (17), which serves as distributing conveyor, is cumbersome. The invention provides for the longitudinal conveyor (17) to be connected to a running gear (12) of the feeding appliance by being hooked on or hooked in. This can be realized by virtue of the longitudinal conveyor (17) being simply lowered or raised by a suitable lifting means, for example a crane. Time-consuming and difficult alignment work is thus eliminated.

Abstract: A conveying device comprising a chassis and a conveyor bed, the bed connected to the device at a rear pivot and at a lift point, the bed engaging a forward fulcrum or pivot positioned between the rear pivot and the lift point. The bed may be pivotally connected at the forward pivot and at the rear pivot, and the rear pivot may be slidably engaged with the chassis to accommodate height change of the rear pivot. As the conveyor bed is lifted at the lift point which is preferably a pivoting lift point, the bed pivots about the forward pivot and the rear end of the bed is lowered while simultaneously pivoting at the rear pivot.

  • Patent number: 7500817
Abstract: A trailer having support wheels and a frame adapted to be hitched to a truck, includes a support track extending longitudinally for supporting an unload conveyor. The conveyor is mounted by a turret to the support track and, thus, to the trailer frame, permitting the turret to move in a fore-to-aft direction, as well as to rotate about the vertical for about 180°, providing flexibility in use as well as transport and storage. A support module, carrying at least one storage container is mounted on the trailer frame. The storage containers may be provided in a number of different sizes and they may be arranged in various configurations suiting the user's needs. The turret is positioned along the track beneath a desired seed container, which may then be unloaded by the conveyor to fill a planter seed box or grain drill, or for other seed handling applications.

Abstract: A conveyor lifting system for efficiently pivoting and stabilizing a conveyor unit. The conveyor lifting system generally includes a conveyor unit including a first end and a second end, a support structure positioned beneath a substantial portion of the conveyor unit, wherein the support structure is positioned adjacent the second end and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders attached between the conveyor unit and the support structure. The first end is opposite the second end upon the conveyor unit, wherein the conveyor unit pivots about a pivot axis adjacent the second end and wherein the plurality of hydraulic cylinders selectively pivot the conveyor unit about the pivot axis. The support structure may also include a plurality of rollers to engage the conveyor unit and allow the support structure to freely adjust between the first end and the second end.

Abstract: An auger assembly transfers particulate material from a source area to a target area using a main auger, an intermediate swing auger and a loading swing auger connected in series with one another. The main auger is supported on a wheeled frame similar to conventional grain augers while the intermediate swing auger is pivotal thereon and the loading swing auger is pivotal on the intermediate swing auger. The inlet hopper of the auger assembly can thus be more easily positioned relative to the main auger for proper alignment with the discharge hopper of a particulate material container even when the discharge hopper is within a confined space.

  • Patent number: 7284650
Abstract: To leach the metal, crushed ore must be dumped in relatively thin layers of a height of approx. 5 m to 10 m. A conveying and stacking system, including a movable conveyor belt system, traveling tripper and stacker is used for this. The movable conveyor belt system is formed by a plurality of individual belts, the so-called grasshoppers. Provisions are made in the dumping technology for a high block for the end device in the conveying chain, the stacker with its swingable stacker boom, to always discharge an arc-shaped layer of ore, after which the device moves back by the amount of the next layer to be discharged in an arc-shaped pattern. This process is repeated until the stacker has moved back by the effective length of a grasshopper. Conveying is then stopped, one grasshopper is removed from the conveyor belt system and dumping of the ore is then continued. To enable this technology to be used, the stacker must be provided with a material pickup area, which is as long as a grasshopper.

  • Patent number: 7191888
Abstract: A movable belt conveyor system for a leach pad for use for sulfidic copper ore, where favorable conditions are to be generated for leaching out the copper by a slight compaction of the ore piled up into a dump for the microbiological leaching technology. The movable belt conveyor system of a length of up to several km is composed of a plurality of smaller belt segments, comprising a tail segment (70), standard segments (711-n) and a head segment (72), as well as a traveling tripper (8). To prevent the loading by these individual components from being excessively compacted by the weight of the device during multiple travel over the dump during the moving process, the belt drives with the driving drum are accommodated in the tail element (70), which is supported on the soil next to the leach pad.
